合規專員

崗位職責

（一）合規管理與風險管理

• 協助建立、完善及維護公司合規管理體系與風險管理框架，推動合規政策落地執行；

• 持續跟蹤澳門法律法規及金管局監管制度的更新動態，評估其對公司業務的影響，並提出應對建議；

• 協助識別、評估及監控公司經營活動中的合規風險與潛在風險，定期編製風險評估報告；

• 協助處理監管機構的查詢、現場檢查、報送及後續跟進事宜；

• 參與反洗錢（AML）、反恐融資（CFT）及客戶盡職審查（CDD）等相關合規工作。

（二）制度建設與文件起草

• 協助負責起草、修訂及優化公司內部合規制度、操作流程及相關指引文件；

• 協助檢查內部制度符合澳門法律、金管局監管要求及行業最佳實踐；

• 協助編製合規培訓材料，組織及推動內部合規培訓與宣導。

（三）合規檢查與監督

• 協助對各業務部門的日常運作進行合規檢查，識別違規事項並提出整改建議；

• 協助跟進整改措施的落實情況，確保問題閉環管理；

• 協助編製合規檢查報告，向管理層匯報檢查結果及風險提示。

• 必要時需要前往商戶經營場所進行實地考察。

（四）組織協調與跨部門溝通

• 協調合規相關事務，推動各部門落實合規要求；

• 與業務、財務、法務、科技等部門保持密切溝通，提供合規諮詢與支持；

• 協助組織合規會議、監管溝通及外部審計配合工作。

崗位要求

（一）學歷與專業

• 本科或以上學歷，法律、金融、會計、審計、風險管理或相關專業優先；

• 持有合規、反洗錢或風險管理相關專業資格（如CAMS、FRM、CIA等）者優先。

（二）工作經驗

• 2年或以上合規、風險管理、審計或金融監管相關工作經驗；

• 具備支付機構、銀行、金融機構或監管機構工作經驗者優先。

About the Business

Work you'll do

• Develops knowledge of current tax legislation across the Global Tax and Business Advisory function
