合規專員

崗位職責

（一）合規管理與風險管理

• 協助建立、完善及維護公司合規管理體系與風險管理框架，推動合規政策落地執行；

• 協助編製合規培訓材料，組織及推動內部合規培訓與宣導。

（三）合規檢查與監督

• 協助對各業務部門的日常運作進行合規檢查，識別違規事項並提出整改建議；

• 協助跟進整改措施的落實情況，確保問題閉環管理；

• 協助編製合規檢查報告，向管理層匯報檢查結果及風險提示。

• 必要時需要前往商戶經營場所進行實地考察。

（四）組織協調與跨部門溝通

• 協調合規相關事務，推動各部門落實合規要求；

• 與業務、財務、法務、科技等部門保持密切溝通，提供合規諮詢與支持；

• 協助組織合規會議、監管溝通及外部審計配合工作。

崗位要求

（一）學歷與專業

• 本科或以上學歷，法律、金融、會計、審計、風險管理或相關專業優先；

• 持有合規、反洗錢或風險管理相關專業資格（如CAMS、FRM、CIA等）者優先。

（二）工作經驗

• 2年或以上合規、風險管理、審計或金融監管相關工作經驗；

• 具備支付機構、銀行、金融機構或監管機構工作經驗者優先。

（三）專業知識與技能

• 對合規管理與風險管理有一定認知，了解相關框架與工具；

• 熟悉澳門法律法規及金管局監管制度與發文要求；

• 具備較強的制度起草與文件修訂能力，能獨立完成內部制度編寫；

• 具備良好的組織協調能力及跨部門溝通能力；

• 具備合規檢查、風險識別及問題整改跟進能力；

• 熟練使用辦公軟件，具備良好的書面及口頭表達能力。

（四）個人素質

• 責任心強，具備良好的職業操守與保密意識；

• 工作細緻嚴謹，具備較強的分析判斷與解決問題能力；

• 具備良好的抗壓能力與團隊合作精神。
