1. Sales Assistant / Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential clients within target market segments.
Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (phone, email, social media) to generate new qualified sales opportunities.

2. Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with sales leads and existing clients, independently generating sales leads and achieving sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT field.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and expand the client database as their trusted solution partner.
Develop knowledge of the products and services being offered as well as the working knowledge of relevant industry’s climate and competition.

3. Network Engineer (Junior or Senior)

Responsibilities:

Handle networking solution implementation and maintenance
Basic skill on network or router installation and configuration
Perform network architecture design
Networking solution troubleshooting and analysis
Communicate with Mainland China or oversea provider for products updates or support services

Qualification or Experience:

Diploma or higher in Information Technology or relevant field is preferred.
Min. 2-5 years relevant working experience (Fresh graduate also be considered)
In depth knowledge on WAN, LAN, TCP/IP, Firewalls, Routers and Switches.

4. IT Hardware Technician (Junior or Senior)

Responsibilities：

Provide support for hardware setup and maintenance such as PC, server, printer, scanner, IPTV etc…
Provide Windows operation support.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
Data Center services including cabling, telecom setup, Server/Computer or ELV room daily installation and maintenance.
HelpDesk service operation.

7. Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility, especially network technology…
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop and enhance Project Management process, workflow etc…

PMP require if from HK.

8. UIUX QA Specialist

Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing of applications to ensure delivered products align with functional and design requirements and specifications
Feedback Collection: Collaborate with design and product teams to document and confirm QA results, and work with development team on revisions.
Design Verification: Ensure that final products are implemented accurately and meet functional and design specifications.
Reporting: Create detailed test reports and track issues through to resolution.

Qualifications:

Experience in UI/UX testing and quality assurance.
Familiarity with design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Experience with testing tools and methodologies is a plus.

9. UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive and delightful user experiences.
Facilitate the client’s and product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.
Design and deliver high-quality wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces (mobile, tablet, desktop, etc.).
Identify design problems and devise elegant, effective solutions.
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new functions and features.
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members (product, engineering, marketing, and stakeholders) throughout the design and development process.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer (strong portfolio is mandatory).
Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver quality work in a fast-paced contract environment.

Skills & Competencies:

Expert proficiency in Figma (primary), along with Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
Strong experience in user research, wireframing, high-fidelity mockups, prototyping, and usability testing.
Excellent visual design skills with strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and responsive design.
Ability to collaborate well with team members and clearly communicate design decisions.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.

10. QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans, test cases and regression test suites
Perform functional, integration, smoke, sanity, regression and exploratory testing.
Validate Android applications, REST APls, MQTT messaging and IoT-related workflows.
Use Kubernetes, Linux command-line tools and application logs to support defect investigation.
Identify, document and track defects with clear steps, screenshots and environmental context using Jira.
Work closely with Android, Backend, IoT, Product and DevOps teams to reproduce and verify issues.
Support automated testing activities for mobile, APl and integration testing where applicable.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and support release validation activities.

Familiarity with MQTT messaging, IoT, Kubernetes, Docker and Linux environments.

11. Automation System Engineer

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and enhance Ansible playbooks for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, patching, and compliance enforcement.
Support and troubleshoot existing Ansible automation workflows, including integration with other tools (e.g., AWX/Tower, Git, CI/CD pipelines).。）
Perform code reviews, version control, and best-practice adherence for all automation scripts.
Provide on-call and ad-hoc support for automation-related incidents and service requests.
Identify opportunities for automation of repetitive operational tasks and implement them in collaboration with the infrastructure and application teams.
Maintain an up-to-date Ansible inventory, role library, and documentation.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of relevant work experience in automation operations or system engineering.
Proficient in Ansible playbook development and maintenance; familiar with Ansible roles, modules and inventory management.
Familiar with Linux/Unix system operation and maintenance, master basic command line operations and system configuration.
Familiar with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipeline integration.
Good problem-solving ability, able to quickly locate and resolve automation-related faults.
Having RPA related experience is a plus.

12. Product Specialist

Responsibilities:

Feature Definition: Create and manage a comprehensive key function list for product features.
User Flow Design: Create a detailed path user flow with wireframes.
Corner Case Management: Design corner case user and maintain a detailed mapping table (system handling VS app handling) for these scenarios.
Business Logic Requirement Documentation: Write business logic requirement documents that cover online and offline user journeys, operational controls/SOPs, and system control/calculation rules.
UI/UX Documentation: Work with internal design team on keeping track of a complete UI/UX requirement document on each function that guides the product implementation process.
Project Flow Management: Oversee project timelines and coordinating efforts across teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications:

Experience as a Product Specialist or related role in a digital environment.
Familiarity with product documentation and project management.
Understanding of UX/UI principles and design requirements.

13. Junior Software Developer

Responsibilities:

Completing assigned tasks such as implementing, managing software programs and testing and evaluating new programs by the company standard
Writing and implementing efficient code and determining operational practicality.
Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications.
Basic or good skills being developed and able to contribute to success of team and product goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern JavaScript and TypeScript technologies.

Develop and maintain React Native applications for mobile platforms.
