Job Opportunities:

1. Technology Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities：

Manage and deliver the routine checking of compliance tasks on time.
Able to identify risks and recommend necessary changes for improvements in daily routine tasks.
Ensure the compliance issues within Digital & Technology Solutions are being properly evaluated, investigated, and resolved in timely manner.
Assisting in the development of new processes and procedures
Establish automation processes to reduce manual efforts and increase efficiency.
Follow up vulnerability status with operational teams.
Perform security testing for systems before go-live.
Utilize data analytics and visualization tools to identify trends, anomalies, and potential compliance risks.
Facilitate internal/external audits with auditors to provide information with regards to IT devices, procedures, policies, and processes.
Take initiative to maintain and refine policies and procedures under compliance team in order to reflect the current practice and cope with the regulations and best practice
Ensure accurate documentation or quality information is prepared and provide timely status update to management.

Qualification：

Degree holder or above in Information Technology, Audit, Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Information Technology Finance, Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field.
Possession of certifications such as CISA, CISP, CISSP, ACCA, CPA, or other equivalent professional qualifications is advantageous.
Good in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Computer Skill: Experience with scripting languages or data tools (e.g., SQL, VBA, Python, Power BI) is a plus.

2. Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities：

Source and procure hardware, software, third-party services, and in-house services/maintenance to support sales requirements.
Ensure procurement is completed on time, with efficient and cost-effective workflows.
Review and optimize procurement processes to improve speed, quality, and cost control.
Build strong relationships with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
Negotiate the best possible commercial and payment terms.
Provide timely supplier quotes to support sales proposals.
Monitor IT market trends to identify sourcing opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years’ procurement experience in IT, ICT, or system integration.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proven ability to work with both external suppliers and internal teams.
Knowledge of IT hardware, software, and service procurement.
Strong communication in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or related field (CPSM/CIPS a plus).

3. Project Manager (Welcome Hong Kong applicants)

Responsibilities：

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility, especially network technology…
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop and enhance Project Management process, workflow etc…
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements and skills:

5years+ project management experience. Include 3years+ IT relevant working experience related to project management. Manage multi-national or vendors project is preferrable.
Proven working experience as a project administrator in the IT field.
Good client-facing and internal communication skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Project Management tools.
Shift working duty may require.

Qualification:

Degree or higher in information technology or electrical engineering.
PMP require if from HK.
PRINCE II certification is preferrable.
Good in spoken and written English.

4. Sales Assistant / Sales Executive

Responsibilities：

Identify and research potential clients within target market segments.
Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (phone, email, social media) to generate new qualified sales opportunities.
Assisting Account Manager in completing strategic sales plans.
Actively listen to a customer’s current issues and identify customer needs.
Positive feedback from clients on effective and timely sales order fulfilment.
Providing excellent customer service as well as managing any complaint or after-sales issues.

Qualification or Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
1-2 years IT sales relevant working experience. (Fresh graduates are welcome and can be considered as Sales Trainee)
Ability to work with people in a positive manner.
Demonstrated skills in managing customer relationships.
An appreciation and basic knowledge of business development.
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Command of spoken and written English.

5. Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities：

Develop and maintain relationships with sales leads and existing clients, independently generating sales leads and achieving sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT field.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and expand the client database as their trusted solution partner.
Develop knowledge of the products and services being offered as well as the working knowledge of relevant industry’s climate and competition.
Negotiating contracts and packages by balancing company profit margin and client interest in an acceptable level.
Preparing and delivering appropriate presentation on suitable solutions with Pre-sales team member to a client.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Willing to perform any other ad-hoc tasks required by the Company.

Qualification or Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Above 5-8 years IT sales relevant working experience.
Independent, aggressive, self-motivated and result-oriented positive working attitude.
Excellent customer service experience and skills.
Good command of spoken and written English.

6. Network Engineer (Junior or Senior)

Responsibilities：

Handle networking solution implementation and maintenance
Basic skill on network or router installation and configuration
Perform network architecture design
Networking solution troubleshooting and analysis
Communicate with Mainland China or oversea provider for products updates or support services

Qualification or Experience:

Diploma or higher in Information Technology or relevant field is preferred.
Min. 2-5 years relevant working experience (Fresh graduate also be considered)
In depth knowledge on WAN, LAN, TCP/IP, Firewalls, Routers and Switches.
Knowledge and experience on Cisco, Huawei, H3C networking or relevant
Good team player and communication skills
Good planning and analytical skills with attitude
Certification on CCNP, HCNP or relevant
Preferable: ITIL, CCIE, HCIE, CISA or CISP (Senior)
Command of spoken and written English

7. IT Hardware Technician (Junior or Senior)

Responsibilities：

Provide support for hardware setup and maintenance such as PC, server, printer, scanner, IPTV etc…
Provide Windows operation support.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
Data Center services including cabling, telecom setup, Server/Computer or ELV room daily installation and maintenance.
HelpDesk service operation.

Qualification or Experience：

Diploma or higher in Information Technology or relevant field is preferred.
1-3 years relevant working experience (Fresh graduate also be considered).
Knowledge and experience on MS Windows.
Good team player and communication skills.

8. System Engineer (Junior or Senior)

Responsibilities：

Handle Server OS, Backup, Storage, Virtualization, cloud, monitoring solution implementation and maintenance
Perform system solution architecture design (Senior)
System solution troubleshooting and analysis (Senior)
Communicate with Mainland China or oversea provider for products updates or support services

Qualification or Experience:

Diploma or higher in Information Technology or relevant field is preferred
Knowledge on Windows server, Redhat Linux, Vmware, data backup, monitoring, basic networking etc..
