AERIAL ARTS (MACAU) LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "AAM") was established in 2018, focusing on providing and organizing aerial arts, yoga, and dance teaching as well as performance activities in Macau.

As one of the most comprehensive aerial program and dance education centers in Macau (License No. N.1754/2023), AAM offers more than 20 types of aerial dance and ground training courses, and regularly holds special workshops, masterclasses, corporate group training, as well as instructor training and certification exam courses.

To maintain an excellent teaching standard, AAM has a team of more than 10 professional instructors from Europe, China, Macau and other places. They hold multiple internationally recognized certificates and have won numerous awards in internationally recognized competitions.

AERIAL ARTS (MACAU) LIMITED（以下簡稱「AAM」）成立於2018年，專注於提供並組織澳門地區的空中藝術、瑜珈和舞蹈教學以及表演活動。

作為澳門最全面的空中項目和舞蹈教育中心之一（執照編號N.1754/2023），AAM提供超過20多種空中舞蹈和地面訓練課程，並定期舉辦特別工作坊、大師班、公司團體培訓，以及導師培訓和證照考試課程。

為了保持卓越的教學水準，AAM擁有來自歐洲、中國和澳門等地的10多名專業導師團隊，他們持有多個國際認可證書，並在國際認可賽事中屢獲殊榮。

Pole Dance Instructor Recruitment (Full-time/Part-time)

📌 任職要求 Requirements

  • 熱愛鋼管舞教學，有責任心，持導師證或1年以上教學經驗者優先
    Passionate about pole dance teaching and responsible at work; instructor certification or 1+ year of teaching experience preferred

  • 基本功紮實，熟練掌握固定/旋轉管技巧，可獨立編排舞蹈
    Strong fundamentals, skilled in both static and spinning pole techniques, and able to choreograph for exotic pole

  • 性格開朗有耐心，溝通表達清晰，配合舞室工作安排，有良好團隊精神
    Cheerful, patient, communicative, cooperative, and a strong team player

📌 崗位職責 Responsibilities

  • 負責初、中階鋼管舞課程、軟開體能、成品舞等課程教學，因材施教，保障課堂安全與質量
    Teach beginner and intermediate pole dance classes, flexibility/conditioning, and choreography classes while ensuring safety and teaching quality

  • 認真做好課前備課，及時解答學員疑問
    Prepare lessons carefully and answer students’ questions promptly

  • 配合舞室完成拍攝、宣傳活動、學員演出及招生相關工作，參與內部教研，持續優化課程內容
    Support studio shoots, promotional events, student performances, and enrollment activities, while joining internal training to improve course content

Part-time Instructor - Cooperative System (Multiple Positions Available)

Full-time Salary: Negotiable in person
Part-time Hourly Rate: Starting from $250

We are looking for passionate, talented, and experienced dance instructors to join our team! If you have a passion for dance, or are proficient in aerial dance techniques, have rich teaching experience, and enjoy interacting with people and sharing your knowledge, then this opportunity is tailor-made for you.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in dance techniques, familiar with one or more types of dance such as modern dance, chair dance, aerial yoga, aerial silk, aerial hoop, pole dance, etc.

  • Preference will be given to those with teaching experience, and the ability to provide professional guidance and advice to students.

  • Cooperate with the studio to carry out filming and promotional activities.

  • Have a spirit of teamwork and be able to get along amiably with team members, other teachers.

  • Passionate, energetic, and creative, able to inspire students' interest and enthusiasm.

  • Have good communication skills, be able to maintain a good relationship with students, and provide timely feedback on students' learning situations.
