AERIAL ARTS (MACAU) LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "AAM") was established in 2018, focusing on providing and organizing aerial arts, yoga, and dance teaching as well as performance activities in Macau.
As one of the most comprehensive aerial program and dance education centers in Macau (License No. N.1754/2023), AAM offers more than 20 types of aerial dance and ground training courses, and regularly holds special workshops, masterclasses, corporate group training, as well as instructor training and certification exam courses.
To maintain an excellent teaching standard, AAM has a team of more than 10 professional instructors from Europe, China, Macau and other places. They hold multiple internationally recognized certificates and have won numerous awards in internationally recognized competitions.

工作地點：澳門南灣區
全職工作時間：12:00 - 21:00，1小時休息
（具體時段協商，需配合晚間或週末課程時段）

職責：
負責舞蹈室日常營運，包括接待學員、處理查詢及登記報名
保持舞蹈室整潔、相關用品的補充
協助管理課堂安排、場地預約及設備維護
協助成人及兒童班上堂，為學員拍攝紀錄精彩瞬間，進行舞蹈室宣傳
協助行政工作，例如記錄學員出席及處理基本收支紀錄
支援活動籌備（如成果展、工作坊、宣傳活動等）
其他主管交辦事項
要求：
學歷不限，具服務業、或舞蹈室營運相關經驗者優先
無相關經驗但態度積極者亦可申請，將提供在職培訓
熟悉社交媒體及影片編輯者優先
喜愛兒童教育，具備耐心與親和力
略懂英文，良好溝通能力，能獨立完成工作
熟悉基本電腦操作及中英文輸入法
對舞蹈或藝術有興趣，具相關經驗者為佳

We are looking for passionate, talented, and experienced dance instructors to join our team! If you have a passion for dance, or are proficient in aerial dance techniques, have rich teaching experience, and enjoy interacting with people and sharing your knowledge, then this opportunity is tailor-made for you.
Job Requirements:
Proficient in dance techniques, familiar with one or more types of dance such as modern dance, chair dance, aerial yoga, aerial silk, aerial hoop, pole dance, etc.
Preference will be given to those with teaching experience, and the ability to provide professional guidance and advice to students.
Cooperate with the studio to carry out filming and promotional activities.
Have a spirit of teamwork and be able to get along amiably with team members, other teachers.
Passionate, energetic, and creative, able to inspire students' interest and enthusiasm.
Have good communication skills, be able to maintain a good relationship with students, and provide timely feedback on students' learning situations.
