Headquartered in Japan, Angel Group — a leading global manufacturer with a dominant market share in casino playing cards and currency — has announced a major investment: the construction of a new manufacturing plant in Cotai, Macau. Spanning a total floor area of 27,000 square meters, this facility is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026. Once operational, it will serve as a key production hub for Angel playing cards, smart gaming tables, and other gaming equipment.
Production Engineer
Remuneration: MOP15,000 ~ MOP18,000 ( Guaranteed one-month bonus on pro-rata basis )

Purpose
As a Production Engineer at our brand-new, highly automated Cotai facility, you will oversee and control the state-of-the-art machinery that produces our world-class gaming products. Rather than performing repetitive manual assembly, your primary focus will be monitoring and calibrating advanced automated production lines for Angel playing cards ensuring our automated systems run smoothly, maintaining the high efficiency, security, and elite quality we are known for.
Key Responsibilities
Automated Line Operation: Monitor highly automated production machinery using digital control panels and interface systems.
Process Monitoring: Actively track real-time machine performance, ensuring the smooth, continuous flow of materials through the line.
First-Line Troubleshooting: Identify, report, and address minor technical alerts or machine stoppages to minimize production downtime.
Quality Assurance Audits: Conduct routine inspections on finished and semi-finished products to guarantee strict adherence to security and premium quality standards.
Uphold 6S Standards: Maintain an immaculate, highly organized, and safe work environment by actively practicing the 6S methodology (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) at your assigned automated station
Requirements
Macau ID holder
High school graduate or above; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred
No working experience required; Experience / Knowledge of factory operations would be an advantage
Japanese proficiency would be an advantage
Work Hours & Holidays
Mondays to Fridays, 08:30-17:30
14 days paid Annual Leave per year; 6 days paid Sick Leave per year
