Procurement Clerk
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, those with purchasing experience are preferred
Proficient in using office software (such as Microsoft Office suite)
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to communicate effectively with vendors, internal departments and team members.
Good time management and organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks and files and complete work on time.
Ability to be a team player and collaborate with the procurement team and other relevant departments.
Confidentiality and integrity, with the ability to abide by confidentiality agreements and maintain high standards of integrity and ethics.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Procurement team with purchase orders, invoices and contracts, ensuring document accuracy and completeness.
Maintain and update supplier information and purchasing records, including prices, delivery times, supplier qualifications, etc.
Coordinate communication with suppliers to confirm details such as delivery time, price and product specifications.
Track delivery progress of purchase orders and update relevant departments and teams in a timely manner.
Assist the procurement team in conducting market research and price comparisons, and provide relevant data and reports.
Maintain a filing system for procurement documents and records to ensure document security and ease of retrieval.
