負責企業活動、展覽及推廣項目的整體策劃與執行

現場監督活動執行，處理突發狀況，確保活動順利進行
撰寫活動報告與項目總結，提供改進建議

✅ 職位要求：
本科或以上學歷，市場營銷、公共關係、商業管理、酒店與旅遊管理等相關專業優先

🎯 Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event & Exhibition Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of corporate events, exhibitions, and brand activation projects. This role requires close collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-impact experiences that elevate brand presence and audience engagement.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns
Liaise with clients to understand objectives and develop tailored event proposals, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate with venues, suppliers, designers, contractors, and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery
Manage project schedules and ensure all milestones are met with high quality standards
Oversee on-site operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth event execution
Prepare post-event reports and project evaluations with actionable insights
Handle government applications, venue permits, and compliance documentation
✅ Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields
3-6 years of experience in event planning or exhibition project management, preferably in corporate settings
Familiarity with Macau’s venue landscape and local approval procedures
Strong communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
Excellent coordination, negotiation, and crisis management abilities
Budget planning and cost control experience
Creative mindset with strong brand awareness and proposal writing skills
Willingness to work flexible and travel as needed
