Customer Service
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service representative to manage customer relationships for our waste services. This role involves direct customer interaction, contract management, site assessments, and coordination with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with customers via email, messaging, and in person to serve as the primary liaison between customers and company operations;
Resolve customer complaints and issues independently and in a timely and effective manner;
Maintain positive, respectful relationships with all customers and team members
Complete contract signing process with new customers;
Coordinate with the operations team regarding the addition of new collection points;
Assist the finance department in maintaining accurate payment records and follow up with late-paying customers to ensure timely payment collection;
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent;
Valid Macau motorbike driving license;
1-2 years of customer service experience preferred;
Proficiency with smartphones and IT applications, including: Google Shared Documents; Microsoft Office Suite; WeChat and WhatsApp messaging platforms;
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin) and English;
Excellent teamwork skills with a polite and respectful manner;
Physical ability to conduct site visits and assessments;
Knowledge of local waste collection regulations.
