Manager, Marketing Communications - 028895

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct, implement and execute entertainment related marketing programs and functions
  • Manage the marketing development, implementation and media planning of the Dragone show
  • Approve the use of the COD master and sub brands for all entertainment related materials
  • Prepare and develop marketing plans by engaging with creative agencies and provide guidance on the COD brand identities to all internal / external users.
  • Conduct market research, analysis and reports with regards to all entertainment related advertising and branding

Qualifications

  • At least 8 years' solid marketing experience, in particular to the tasks set out above
  • Previous experience of working in a similar role is essential
  • Entertainment experience is an advantage
  • Previous experience and a good understanding of branding and brand development and management and the ability to apply branding principles to all marketing collateral
  • Experience of writing creative briefs and managing production processes from concept to final product
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related area eg Bachelor of Marketing, Communications, Business or International Studies

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist on raw materials monitoring and verification to assure compliance with local regulations and food safety standards
  • Daily verification of food safety program to ensure effective execution, through observation, document review, verification of procedure compliances

  • Assist and coordinate with food sample collection, and audits.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Receive calls on the Help Desk and organising property services support and assistance and dealing with all queries.  Ensure proper handling of Jobs Requests through phone call or Computerized Job Request System and assign all requests to Duty Engineers and Duty Technicians accordingly
  • Implement and monitor a status chasing system on each call ensuring that the call has been actioned within a specified time limit of the category priority and follow up paperwork to ensure completion of action taken by using a designated Job Request System
  • Receive any customers that visiting the Property Services Control Room and redirect them to the appropriate Manager accordingly

  • Responsible to ensure above mentioned equipment is commissioned, runs reliably, uninterrupted and operation SOP’s are followed.
  • Fault Find and Diagnose problems with the above mentioned equipment.
  • Assist to use and develop all System Operating Procedures (SOP) and preventative maintenance program for the areas as above.
  • Ensure that all procedures are followed by him, and his team members.
  • Provide departmental 24/7 call support for the field support teams.
  • Given the complexity and the risk related with the equipment under the responsibility of the department, ensure that all technical operation and procedures developed are safe.

Qualifications
