1. 市場策劃助理主任

工作職責:

  • 組織、策劃公司品牌建設

工作職責:

工作職責:

  • 跟進部門年度發展計劃

  • 審閱生產報告,管理團隊的生產力、質量及效率,確保工作的一致性及準確性

  • 為核保、保全、理賠、客服、共用中心及管道等員工提供培訓,提升員工的能力,支援公司的長遠發展

  • 更新部門作業守則、表格、信函,以確保符合法規要求

工作職責:

  • 負責與不同機構的日常作業溝通

  • 協助項目運作、系統提升及測試工作

  • 協助起草及更新運營流程文件,確保符合監管、合規的要求

工作職責:

  • 會計核算

  • 學士或以上學歷(財會、金融、經濟、管理相關專業)

  • 熟練的中英文口語和書面表達

  • 具5年或以上會計、稅務、審計或財務管理經驗

  • 熟悉澳門財務、會計、稅務等相關監管規定

  • 具保險、金融行業相關經驗優先考慮

  • 具註冊會計師等專業資格優先考慮

6. 客戶服務主任

工作職責:

  • 負責支持客戶服務中心,確保各方面包括客戶或代理人查詢、業務受理﹑保費收取、VIP房間預約、面對面的投訴等都能有效處理及解決等

  • 負責電話、電郵、書面服務等各服務渠道的咨詢及投訴處理

  • 負責處理運營日常作業,包括有關業務申請的處理, 例如:掃瞄、寄送、歸檔等,以達到服務承諾

  • 其他運營方面的特殊支持

要求:

  • 學士或以上學歷

  • 具有 IIQE 卷 1、3、5 資格優先考慮

  • 具 3 - 5 年或以上保險業及客戶服務行業相關經驗

1. Assistant Manager/ Manager, Bancassurance

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the whole sales process including application document and follow up pending cases

  • Joint call and provide necessary training to our strategy partners and bank staff

  • Communicate and work with internal department to ensure smooth operation

  • Design, implement and monitor business incentive program

  • Collect and analysis market information to develop updated sales strategy

Requirements:

  • University graduate or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or Finance

2. Operation Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the daily application including Underwriting, POS, Claims, CS and payment collections

  • Efficiently communicate with outsourcing parties and monitor daily production to ensure service turnaround time is met

  • Participate in projects for operations and system enhancements to improve operational procedure and efficiency and minimize the manual works

  • Follow up and monitor the progress of the annual development plan of the department

  • Monitor and manage the productivity, quality and efficiency of the team by reviewing the productivity report, reissue, audits in order to ensure consistency and accuracy of the output

  • Organize and conduct training to staffs in Underwriting, POS, Claims, CS, SSM and Channels etc. in order to support development and enhance competency levels & performance

  • Update relevant operational guidelines, forms, correspondences to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met

  • Participate in projects assigned by the department head in order to meet business development strategies and company’s direction

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily communications with different parties

  • Support and participate in projects, system enhancements and testing

  • Assist to draft & update operations procedure manuals to ensure compliance & regulatory requirements are met

  • Assist to prepare routine management reports and audit reports required by the Management for regular performance review and coaching

  • Back up the operation of customer service counter

  • Providing fully support to line managers when necessary

Requirements:

  • University Graduate or above

  • With Underwriting and Claims experience is preferable

  • Minimum 5 years solid experience in operations department of life insurance

  • Customer oriented, self-driven, independent, flexible and able to work under pressure

4. Senior Compliance Officer 高級合規主任

Job Responsibilities:

  • Report to local management with dotted line reporting to the Head of Legal and Compliance of the parent company

  • Manage compliance risk of the company and serve as a key liaison with AMCM and other regulators as required

  • Serve as the company’s money laundering reporting officer and ensure that all detection alerts and STRs are handled and actioned on a proper and timely manner

  • Review and obtain approval for high risk customer on boarding and/or upon occurrence of triggering event

  • Draft, advise and review company’s correspondence with regulators such as AMCM and Office for Personal Data Protection in connection with complaints, investigation and other regulatory related matters

  • Maintain effective communication with AMCM and other departments in the company

  • Formulate, review and roll out regulatory compliance related policies, documents and guidelines

  • Understand the company’s business and operations, and provide advice, guidance and recommendation on existing and new regulatory compliance requirements and enforcement matters

  • Review business documents, operation flow and related materials to ensure compliance of relevant laws and regulations

  • Conduct compliance testing and reviews from time to time

  • Cultivate high AML awareness and culture in the company

  • Draft and review compliance communication and training materials to staff and intermediaries as and when required

  • Provide periodic training sessions on AML/KYC and other compliance topics, as and when required

  • Perform ad hoc projects and other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • University graduate or above in law or related disciplines

  • Minimum 8 years' working experience in legal, compliance, audit or risk management for financial institution (preferably in insurance company), regulator or law enforcement bodies, of which at least 3 years on supervisory role

  • Sound knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in Macau

  • General knowledge in insurance operations and products is required

  • Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills

  • Ability to work independently under pressure and time constraints

  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin a definite advantage

  • Good knowledge of MS office (especially Powerpoint and Excel)

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Compliance Officer.

5. Accounting Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Draft accounting rules and deal with daily entries

  • Prepare financial planning and monitor budget execution

  • Responsible for cash forecasting and cash management

  • Prepare financial reports and handle tax issues

  • Keep good records of accounting documents

  • Responsible for fixed asset book keeping and assist with fixed asset management

  • Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments as required

Requirements:

  • University graduate or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management or related disciplines

  • 5 years or above working experience in Accounting, Audit, Tax or Financial management

  • With experience in life insurance or finance industries is highly preferred

  • Familiar with accounting, tax and IA rules of Macau

  • Holder of CPA, ACCA, ACA, CIMA is highly preferred

  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin a definite advantage

  • Good knowledge of MS office (especially Powerpoint and Excel)

6. Customer Services Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Customer Services Centre support, ensure different aspects including customer or intermediaries enquiries and business requests, premium collection, VIP room booking and face-to-face complaints can be handled and resolved efficiently

  • Responsible for handling enquires and complains from phone call, email, correspondence etc.

  • Responsible for handling jobs of daily operations within service pledge, jobs including business requests, scanning, document sending out, filing etc.

  • Provide ad hoc support to all operations functions

Requirements:

  • University Graduate or above

  • Minimum 3-5 years of solid experience in insurance and customer service industries

  • Customer oriented, self-driven, independent, flexible and able to work under pressure

  • With IIQE Paper 1, 3 & 5 qualification is an advantage

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin a definite advantage

  • Good knowledge of MS office (especially Powerpoint and Excel)

7. Administration and HR Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist to perform HR and general administration duties
