Front Desk Agent / Guest Services Officer 前台接待員
(Full Time 全職)
Monthly Salary $12,000 - $14,000
Reports to: Hotel Manager
Responsibilities:
Make sure that all guests get a warm welcome and assist them with checking in/out
確保所有客戶都能感受到熱情周到的服務，並協助他們辦理入住/退房手續。
Create memorable moments for guests and connect people
為客戶創造難忘的體驗，並促進人與人之間的交流。
Be the secret guide to the city, curate intriguing itineraries for guests and answer any burning questions about the city
成為客戶的城市嚮導，精心策劃精彩的行程，並解答他們對這座城市的任何問題。
Ensure the cleanliness of the premise at all times
始終保持客戶環境的清潔衛生。
Requirements:
Fluent in spoken and written English. Conversational Cantonese, Mandarin or Portuguese will be an advantage
英語口語和書面表達流利。會說粵語、普通話或葡萄牙語者優先考慮。
Passionate, service-oriented, pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
熱情、服務意識強、性格開朗、溝通能力和人際溝通能力強。
Independent, team-player, meticulous and able to handle challenges
獨立工作能力強，具備團隊合作精神，做事細緻認真，能應付各種挑戰。
Shift duties including overnight shifts is required
需輪班工作，包括夜班。
Prior customer service experience in hotel industry will be an advantage
擁有酒店業客戶服務經驗者優先考慮。
