Sneakers Maker (Galaxy)

The In Store Artisan will provide an exceptional in-store experience by inspiring our customers through artistic customization! While working in-store and on the 'Sneaker Maker Tour' you will act as a Golden Goose ambassador, engaging with customers, promoting products and storytelling.

Responsibilities:

Will utilize artistic abilities to deliver an in-store experience focused on customer satisfaction, by ensuring an excellent and exciting shopping experience.
Guarantee proper brand storytelling with customers by understanding the Golden Goose brand and values.
Communicate product knowledge and accurately describe the items and customization options.
Anticipate and cater to customer needs with empathy and high level of customized customer service.
Co-create special and unique items through the 'LAB Experience'
Proactively stay informed and up-to-date on product information.
Participate as "one team", supporting to accomplish team goals and maximize sales.
Strictly follow Golden Goose procedures, policies and guidance for all activities, including co-creation.
Travel to Sneaker Maker Tour events, as needed.
Act as a Sales Associate when not 'on tour' or co-creating (i.e. selling on the floor, pre and after sales activities, stockroom, client reach out).

Requirements:

An artistic skillset (painting, drawing, sketching, doodling!)
Self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English

Pay rate: MOP 65 per hour

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell products by identifying our customers' needs
Advise customers on the entire Golden Goose collection
Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers
Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines
Guarantee a proper Customer Relationship Management, according with Company standard
Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge

Requirements:

No relevant experience is required, students and those who are interested in fashion are welcome to apply.
Hours need to be provided at least three days a week.
Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
Strong team player
