職責：

負責接載僱主、員工、客戶或運送物品至指定地點；
執行車輛日常清潔與保養（加油/充電、洗車、內外整潔）；
安排定期驗車、維修保養，處理牌照、保險、行車稅等行政手續；
管理車輛相關文件及費用記錄；
協助處理一般行政庶務，如寄件、採購小型物品等；
持有效中、港、澳三地駕駛執照，並具備三地實際駕駛經驗；
熟悉操作不同類型車輛（如私家車、七人車、豪華車型等）；
具備有效電單車駕駛執照。

要求：

具3年以上公司或私人司機經驗者優先；
良好駕駛紀錄，無嚴重交通違規紀錄；
熟悉港澳及廣東省主要道路；
誠實可靠、守時、有禮、具責任感；
能接受彈性工作時間及偶爾加班。

電氣專業（繪圖員/工程師）

職責：

負責項目電氣圖紙的設計與繪製（包括高低壓配電、照明、插座、消防報警及弱電系統）；
協助工程師進行設備選型、材料統計及工程量計算；
參與專案現場勘查，配合解決施工中遇到的技術問題；
根據規範要求，對圖紙進行自校、修改及歸檔整理；
能獨立完成施工圖設計
完成上級交辦的其他設計任務。

要求：

學歷專業：本科或以上學歷，電氣工程及其自動化、建築電氣、自動化等相關專業；
工作經驗： 3年或以上相關經驗；
軟體技能：熟練使用 AutoCAD、MS Office 辦公軟件；
職業素養：工作細心、踏實，具備良好的溝通能力和團隊合作精神。

空調專業（繪圖員/工程師）

職責：

負責中央空調、新風、通風及防排煙系統的圖紙設計與深化；
配合現場勘查，繪製施工圖、竣工圖，並統計設備材料清單；
協助進行空調負荷計算、設備選型及系統方案優化；
參與技術交底，解決施工現場的暖通專業技術問題；
整理歸檔專案圖紙及技術資料。

要求：

學歷專業：本科或以上學歷，建築環境與能源應用工程、供熱通風與空調工程等相關專業；
工作經驗：3年或以上相關經驗；
軟體技能：熟練使用 AutoCAD、MS Office 辦公軟件；
知識技能：瞭解中央空調系統原理，熟悉常見空調設備品牌及性能；
職業素養：工作細心、踏實，具備良好的溝通能力和團隊合作精神。

Quantity Surveyor

Roles and Responsibilities:

Review tender documents, identify, analysis potential risks and develop responses and generating internal tender analysis reports
Prepare and consolidate cost data for tenders
Liaise with project manager in preparing technical submissions as stipulated in tender documents
Prepare tender and contract documents for subcontractors and suppliers
Submit regular project budget reports-
Valuing completed work, managing cost control, and oversee payments and project cashflow
Prepare and provide advice on contractual claims and disputes

Requirements

Degree holder in Quantity Surveying, Building Construction or equivalent
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
Good communication skill of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Knowledge and awareness of Macau Standard Form of Building Contract Submit regular project budget reports-
Proficient in MS Office, Chinese and English Word Processing and MS Project applications
