System Engineer
About the Role
As a System Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering modern datacenter services and solutions, able to coordinate turnkey and largescale projects including internal technical resource and external partners to complete project statement of work and milestone within budget and timeline with customer's satisfaction.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to develop hands-on competencies for professional service delivery, demonstrate products and provide technical support to clients & business partners. Our team is seeking a promising candidate to join them.
What You’ll Do
Assist Solution & Service Managers in providing solution support, delivering deep dive product demonstrations to clients and business partners.
Solution planning and design
Deliver datacenter, hybrid solutions and services
Deliver training to partners on products solution
Coordinate and manage technical validation events (POC) and assets.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Travel to Hong Kong may be required
What We’re Looking For
Knowledge in general system infrastructure technologies including Storage Area Network, backup and recovery, virtualization, cloud computing, Linux, and DevOps (K8S, OpenShift).
Experience in Implement, configure, and administrate infrastructure provisioning is an advantage.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems independently.
Self-motivated, flexible, and sensitive to clients’ needs and concerns.
Able to work in a multi-task environment and handle a high volume of requests, specifically unplanned/unscheduled requests.
Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Knowledge in general of IBM AS/400 or AIX is an advantage.
Certified Linux Professional, CCNA or CCNP is a plus.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Information Technology or related discipline
3 years’ in-depth experience in Linux/Unix server, virtualization, backup and recovery implementation and support
Excellent written and verbal communications in English and Cantonese
Analytical skills to effectively evaluate customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions in a highly competitive market.
Work independently
A candidate with less experience will be considered.

DevOps Engineer
About the Role
As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting modern enterprise infrastructure, automation, container, and hybrid cloud solutions. You will work closely with internal technical teams, customers, vendors, and external service partners to deliver turnkey and large-scale projects in accordance with the agreed scope, budget, milestones, and timeline.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in Linux administration, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, container platforms, cloud technologies, and infrastructure automation. You will also support technical demonstrations, proof-of-concept activities, solution testing, project documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support for customers and business partners.

What You’ll Do
Design, implement, and support enterprise infrastructure, DevOps, container, and hybrid cloud solutions.
Administer and troubleshoot Linux/Unix, virtualization, storage, backup, cloud, and container platforms.
Develop automation, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD workflows to improve deployment efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
Monitor system performance, perform root-cause analysis, and apply security and operational best practices.
Support infrastructure migration, system upgrades, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
Collaborate with customers, partners, vendors, and internal teams to deliver projects within the agreed scope and timeline.
Conduct technical demonstrations, proof-of-concept testing, solution validation, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
Prepare technical designs, implementation plans, operational procedures, and project documentation.
Provide post-implementation support and travel between Macau and Hong Kong when required.
What We’re Looking For
Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix, virtualization, storage, backup, networking, cloud, containers, and DevOps practices.
Hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure implementation, administration, automation, and technical support.
Practical knowledge of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, version control, and container orchestration.
Proficiency in at least one scripting language, such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
Familiarity with tools such as Git, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, or Red Hat OpenShift.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and project coordination skills.
Self-motivated, customer-focused, adaptable, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Eagerness to learn and develop new competencies in infrastructure, cloud, automation, and DevOps technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least two years of relevant experience in infrastructure, Linux/Unix administration, DevOps, cloud engineering, technical support, or professional service delivery.
Practical experience in at least two areas, such as CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, system automation, container orchestration, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, or version control.
Good understanding of infrastructure security, system hardening, access control, patching, backup, and operational best practices.
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
Able to work effectively in a customer-facing, project-based environment and travel between Macau and Hong Kong when required.
Candidates with less experience but strong technical aptitude and relevant practical exposure may be considered for a junior position.
