Sales Manager

Purpose of the Job

To drive sales performance and lead the sales team, ensuring business targets, KPIs, team development, customer satisfaction, and principal compliance are fully achieved.

Responsibilities

Own overall sales performance for the represented automotive brands in Macau, including achievement of new vehicle sales volume, revenue, mix, and profitability targets.
Manage the full sales process and lead pipeline: lead generation, qualification, test drives, negotiation, closing, and after-sales handover.
Define, monitor, and deliver against clear KPIs (sales volume, conversion rates, Mystery shoppers scores, GP etc.) and implement timely & effective measures to push sales.
Design, implement, and continuously refine commission and incentive schemes that effectively motivate the sales team and drive higher sales performance and target achievement.
Develop deep knowledge of the Macau automotive market (customer segments, competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and used-car dynamics) and translate insights into effective sales strategies.
Collaborate with marketing, after-sales, operations, and external partners to drive showroom traffic, digital leads, and brand visibility.
Lead, coach, and develop the sales consultants to raise product knowledge, selling skills, and performance; set clear targets and conduct regular performance reviews.
Fulfil Principals' requirements, brand standards, sales processes, and audit obligations.
Ensure smooth and professional day-to-day sales operations, including showroom standards, inventory management support, customer experience, and process compliance.

Requirements

Degree Holder, in any related disciplines.
Possess at least 3 years' experience in automotive sales management, preferably with premium brands in Macau, Hong Kong, or Greater China.
Strong track record of achieving or exceeding vehicle sales targets and KPIs.
Experience leading and coaching a sales team in a dealership or distributor environment.
Demonstrated ability to design or manage effective commission / incentive schemes that drive sales performance.
Solid understanding of the Macau automotive market and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders (fleet, corporate, individual customers, and partners).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer-facing skills.
High integrity, strong process discipline, and attention to compliance and audit requirements.
