Engineer 維修工程師 (區域供冷系統)

Key Accountabilities or Responsibilities 主要職責：

  • Prepare plans and procedures for maintenance works in a district cooling plant

  • Plant, lead and supervise a team of in-house technicians and subcontractors for routine maintenance works

  • Monitor equipment status, respond to equipment fault, prepare reports and records for maintenance works

  • Plan and monitor tools and spare parts stock level

  • Improve health and safety policies and procedures

  • 負責制定區域供冷系統(DCS)的設備保養策略、維修計劃及標準作業程序（SOP）。

  • 制定團隊及跟進執行日常工程保養，確保施工進度與質量符合公司規範。

  • 持續監控設備運行狀態，針對突發故障進行即時排除，並制作日常技術紀錄報告

  • 精確規劃並監控工程工具及維修備件的庫存水位，優化資源配置。

  • 持續優化職業安全與健康（OSH）之政策與流程，營造零意外的工作環境。

Job Requirements 工作要求：

  • Education & Professional Qualification 學歷及專業資格：

  • Higher diploma or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;

  • Possession of a valid driving license is an advantage

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good command in written and spoken in English and Chinese

  • 持有屋宇設備 / 電力 / 機械工程或相關學科等學歷者優先；

  • 具備良好的溝通協調能力，能有效與內部團隊及分判商溝通；

  • 具備良好的中英文書寫及口語溝通能力；

  • 必須持有澳門駕駛執照

Job Experience/Knowledge 工作經驗/知識：

  • Minimum 3 years’ solid working experience in building services installation and maintenance works of MVAC & electrical system

  • Able to lead a team of technicians for different maintenance tasks

  • 具備3年或以上電力系統維修之實務經驗，如曾參與安裝大型冷暖系統（MVAC）設備等工作經驗者更佳。

Asst. Engineer助理維修工程師

Key Accountabilities or Responsibilities 主要職責：

  • Design, installation, services and operation of electrical, mechanical and district cooling system

  • Undertaking decarbonization such as design and implementation of energy saving programs, energy and carbon monitoring IT infrastructure

  • Assist in any assigned duties

  • 協助參與電力、機械及區域供冷系統（DCS）的設計、安裝、調試及日常運行管理。

  • 協助執行脫碳（Decarbonization）策略，包括策劃節能方案，以及建立能源與碳排放監測之 IT 基礎建設。

  • 協助上級處理各類工程任務及日常行政事務，確保項目按計劃推進。

Job Requirements 工作要求：

  • Education & Professional Qualification 學歷及專業資格：

  • Bachelor’s degree in building services / electrical / mechanical engineering

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • 持有屋宇設備 / 電力 / 機械工程或相關學科等學歷者優先；

  • 具備良好的中英文書寫及口語溝通能力；

  • 必須持有澳門駕駛執照

Job Experience/Knowledge 工作經驗/知識：

  • Proficiency in Google and MS Office applications

  • Proficiency in English and Chinese typing

  • Self-motivated, proactive, energetic, and able to work independently

  • Team player with good communication skills

  • 使用 Google Workspace 及 MS Office 系列辦公軟體之應用；

  • 具備中英文打字能力，能協助處理工程文件及報告；

  • 工作態度積極主動、充滿活力，並具備良好的獨立作業能力；

  • 具備團隊協作精神與良好的溝通技巧；

中央冷氣技術員（初級 / Junior Technician）

工作職責：

  • 負責中央冷氣系統之日常檢查、保養及維修工作

  • 協助處理突發故障及緊急維修

  • 跟進主管安排的工程項目

  • 記錄維修報告及設備運行情況

入職要求：

  • 中學程度或以上

  • 具一年或以上相關工作經驗優先（無經驗可培訓）

  • 基本電機或冷氣知識

  • 勤奮、有責任心及良好工作態度

中央冷氣維修技術員（中級 / Technician）

工作職責：

  • 獨立進行中央冷氣系統維修及保養

  • 診斷系統故障並提出解決方案

  • 定期巡檢及預防性保養

  • 與客戶或內部部門溝通維修進度

入職要求：

  • 三至五年中央冷氣維修經驗

  • 熟悉冷凍系統及電控操作

  • 持相關技術證書（如電工牌）優先

  • 能獨立工作及處理緊急維修

高級中央冷氣技術員（Senior Technician）

工作職責：

  • 負責大型中央冷氣系統（如Chiller Plant）維修及優化

  • 帶領技術團隊進行日常維修工作

  • 分析系統效能及提出節能改善方案

  • 制定維修計劃及技術指導

入職要求：

  • 五年以上相關經驗

  • 熟悉大型商業或酒店冷氣系統

  • 能閱讀電路圖及系統圖

  • 具團隊管理經驗優先
