Assistant Maintenance Manager
Key Accountabilities or Responsibilities 主要職責：
Responsibility for the daily Operation & Maintenance in accordance with the contract
requirements :
To lead maintenance team including engineers, supervisors and technicians to carry out day-to-day works, including preventive and corrective maintenance tasks of district cooling systems including chillers, water pumps and cooling towers etc.
To plan the preventive and corrective maintenance work with consideration of operation needs and new installation.
To review maintenance work procedures and ensure the team follows.
To review work safety and work quality.
To monitor and coordinate with works by sub-contractors.
To familiar with the plant E&M installation and to solve day-to-day technical problems.
To direct the team to keep maintenance records and prepare reports.
To provide management to the team and provide training.
To take the lead in providing technical proposals and improvement opportunities.
Perform root cause analysis on the performance and failure equipment
Job Requirements 工作要求：
Education & Professional Qualification
Bachelor Degree in BS / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Chartered Engineer is preferred
Job Experience/Knowledge
At least 8 years of experience in operation and maintenance of large-scale chiller plant e.g. district cooling system / energy centre / shopping mall, etc.
Sound knowledge in electrical and mechanical equipment operation and maintenance
Professional membership from a relevant organization is an advantage Professional skills
Leading skill in managing maintenance team and subcontractors to conduct various maintenance tasks
Good interpersonal skills, Independent and self-motivating
Language skills
Strong communication skill, English, Cantonese, Putonghua preferred
Proficiency in PC skills (Google workplace andMS Office, etc.)
Immediate available is highly preferred
Contract Manager
Key Accountabilities or Responsibilities 主要職責：
Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth in energy services market
Identify new business opportunities and meet with potential clients for presenting proposals
Coordinate with internal technical, commercial and financial teams to prepare project cost estimate and technical proposal
Prepare tender documents
Coordinate with sub-contractors and suppliers for preparing project budget cost
Job Requirements 工作要求：
Degree or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 8 years’ solid working experience in E&M consultant or contracting firms
Able to work independently, self-motivated result-oriented and with strong sense of responsibility
Good interpersonal, communication and technical presentation skills
Good command in written and spoken in English and Chinese
Professional membership from a relevant organization will be an advantage
Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Engineer
Engineer
Key Accountabilities or Responsibilities 主要職責：
Prepare plans and procedures for maintenance works in a district cooling plant
Plant, lead and supervise a team of in-house technicians and subcontractors for routine maintenance works
Monitor equipment status, respond to equipment fault, prepare reports and records for maintenance works
Plan and monitor tools and spare parts stock level
Improve health and safety policies and procedures
Job Requirements 工作要求：
Higher diploma or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years’ solid working experience in building services installation and maintenance works of MVAC & electrical system
Able to lead a team of technicians for different maintenance tasks
Possession of a valid driving license is an advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command in written and spoken in English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Engineer.
Operator 維修技術員 (設備操作)
Key Accountabilities or Responsibilities 主要職責：
負責日常中央空調系統的操作；記錄日常設備資料和數據；進行每日例行檢查；處理緊急事故及相關查詢
Job Requirements 工作要求：
初中程度或同等程度
具兩年或以上大型冷氣/樓宇設備系統操作或維修經驗;
持有相關牌照者優先
24小時輪班，輪休
Supervisor 督導員 (空調系統)
Key Accountabilities or Responsibilities 主要職責：
負責中央冷氣機房/ 設備及樓宇機電系统之運作、維修及保養
監督維修團隊及承包商進行定期設備保養工作
處理緊急事故
Job Requirements 工作要求：
文憑/副學士或同等程度
電機/機械/樓宇設備工程文憑畢業者優先
略懂電腦，能書寫簡單中文報告，略懂英語
具備十年或以上操作或維修冷氣／機電／樓宇裝備經驗
持有相關牌照者優先
Technician 維修員 (冷氣 / 機電)
Key Accountabilities or Responsibilities 主要職責：
進行空調系統 (包括冷水機組，水塔，水泵) 及相關機電設備的保養、維修
進行每天例行設備狀況檢查
電力系統設備的保養、維修 (包括消防、保安系統、BMS及相關機電設備)
監督承包商進行定期設備保養工作
處理緊急事故

初中程度或同等程度
具備兩年或以上操作或維修冷氣／機電／樓宇裝備經驗
持有相關牌照者優先
具有更多經驗者將被考慮為高級維修員
Engineer 維修工程師 (區域供冷系統)

精確規劃並監控工程工具及維修備件的庫存水位，優化資源配置。
持續優化職業安全與健康（OSH）之政策與流程，營造零意外的工作環境。

Asst. Engineer 助理維修工程師
Key Accountabilities or Responsibilities 主要職責：
Design, installation, services and operation of electrical, mechanical and district cooling system
Undertaking decarbonization such as design and implementation of energy saving programs, energy and carbon monitoring IT infrastructure
Assist in any assigned duties
協助參與電力、機械及區域供冷系統（DCS）的設計、安裝、調試及日常運行管理。
協助執行脫碳（Decarbonization）策略，包括策劃節能方案，以及建立能源與碳排放監測之 IT 基礎建設。
協助上級處理各類工程任務及日常行政事務，確保項目按計劃推進。

入職要求：
中學程度或以上
具一年或以上相關工作經驗優先（無經驗可培訓）
基本電機或冷氣知識
勤奮、有責任心及良好工作態度
中央冷氣維修技術員（中級 / Technician）
工作職責：
獨立進行中央冷氣系統維修及保養
診斷系統故障並提出解決方案
定期巡檢及預防性保養
與客戶或內部部門溝通維修進度
入職要求：
三至五年中央冷氣維修經驗
熟悉冷凍系統及電控操作
持相關技術證書（如電工牌）優先
能獨立工作及處理緊急維修
高級中央冷氣技術員（Senior Technician）
工作職責：
負責大型中央冷氣系統（如Chiller Plant）維修及優化
帶領技術團隊進行日常維修工作
分析系統效能及提出節能改善方案
制定維修計劃及技術指導
入職要求：
五年以上相關經驗
熟悉大型商業或酒店冷氣系統
能閱讀電路圖及系統圖
具團隊管理經驗優先
