WAI YUN DECORATE & ENGINEERING is now hiring a CAD Draftsman/CNC Technician. We welcome experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our professional team and participate in various construction projects.

CAD Draftsman and CNC Technician

【職責內容 Responsibilities】

  • 設定及操作CNC機床、折彎機（壓彎機）及激光CNC機床；理解及詮釋G代碼；執行設備日常維護保養；指導並協助維修倉庫人員組裝及建造CNC機床完成的產品

    Set up and operate CNC machines, Bender (Press Brakes) and laser CNC machines; understand and interpret G-code; perform routine maintenance on equipment; guide and assist the Repair Depot TM to assemble, build the products done in the CNC Machines

  • 使用輔助設計軟件（如AutoCAD Fusion或3D Max）創建及修改設計；使用繪圖軟件（如Adobe Photoshop或CorelDRAW）繪製向量檔案；閱讀及理解技術圖紙與規格說明

    Use CAD software such as AutoCAD Fusion or 3D Max to create and modify designs; draw vector files using appropriate drawing software such as Adobe Photoshop or CorelDRAW；Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

  • 具備獨立工作及團隊合作能力；遵從上級指示

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team; follow the guidance from superior.

  • 按計劃執行FF&E維護保養；按照良好工程實踐及職業健康與安全規定進行緊急維修

    Carry out FF&E maintenance as per schedule; carry out urgent repair works in accordance with sound engineering practices and occupational health and safety regulations

  • 負責與總辦公室人員聯絡，協調工地各項工作

    Liaise with head office personnel and coordinate site operations

  • 執行指派的其他工作

    Perform tasks as required

【必要條件Requirements】

  • 2年製圖及相關工作經驗

    2 years Drafting and relevant works experience

  • 熟練使用CAD軟件（如AutoCAD Fusion或3D Max），並能使用繪圖軟件（如Adobe Photoshop或CorelDRAW）繪製向量檔案

    Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD Fusion or 3D Max, with ability to draw vector files using drawing software such as Adobe Photoshop or CorelDRAW

  • 具備基礎廣東話、基礎英語及普通話能力

    Basic Cantonese, Basic English and Mandarin

  • 性格成熟穩重，工作態度認真，注重細節

    Mature personality with a conscientious work attitude and strong attention to detail

  • 願意參加公司安排的培訓課程

    Be willing to join the company arranged training course

  • 願意於任何日期及任何班次工作；遵守工作考勤規定及部門與公司政策

    Be willing to work any day of the week and any shift; meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies

【優先條件Preferred】

  • 相關科系畢業者優先

    Graduates from related disciplines preferred

  • 具備CNC機床操作經驗；熟悉CNC機床操作及/或激光CNC機床操作

    Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator; knowledge of CNC machine operation and or laser CNC machine operation

  • 理解G代碼；熟悉CAM軟件

    Understanding of G-code; familiarity with CAM software

  • 能夠操作相關工具及設備，例如升降台、車床、液壓剪板機及壓力機

    Able to operate associated tool and equipment, e.g. scissor lift, lathe, hydraulic shear and press machines

Engineering Project Manager

【職責內容 Responsibilities】

  • 負責跟進工地現場大小事項

    Responsible for following up all on-site matters

  • 監管現場工人（泥水工、木工、油漆工、雜工等），並確保他們的工作符合準則

    Supervise on-site workers (masons, carpenters, painters, general workers, etc.) and ensure their work meets standards

  • 根據工程圖則施工，維護品質

    Carry out construction according to engineering drawings and maintain quality

  • 控管工程進度、材料及人力調度

    Control project progress, material and manpower scheduling

  • 與總監、辦公室人員、業主和承判商協調工程進度，並定期彙報工作進度

    Coordinate progress with directors, office staff, owners and contractors, report progress regularly

  • 控管整體現場動線、安全與衛生

    Control overall site circulation, safety and hygiene

  • 工地事務文書資料彙整建檔

    Compile and file site documentation and records

  • 其他總監和業主交辦之事項處理

    Handle other tasks assigned by directors and owners

【任職資格 Requirements】

  • 相關專業學士學位／本科優先

    Bachelor's degree in related field preferred

  • 具2年相關工作經驗者優先

    2 years relevant working experience preferred

  • 能夠看懂並理解工程圖則，並根據工程圖則指示工人完成施工

    Able to read and understand engineering drawings, and instruct workers to complete construction according to drawings

  • 能夠應用AutoCAD能力者優先

    Proficiency in AutoCAD preferred

  • 應變能力強，具有較強的溝通能力及交際技巧；具備一定的判斷能力，良好客戶服務意識；團隊協作精神

    Strong adaptability, excellent communication and interpersonal skills; good judgment, strong customer service awareness; team player

  • 英語流利者優先

    Fluency in English preferred

Engineering Assistant

【職責內容 Responsibilities】

  • 負責協助項目經理跟進工地現場大小事項

    Assist the Project Manager in following up all on-site matters

  • 協助項目經理彙整文件、整理相關資料，並管理相關文件與檔案

    Assist the Project Manager in compiling documents, organizing relevant data, and managing files and records

  • 協助項目經理處理相關行政作業

    Assist the Project Manager with related administrative tasks

  • 協助人事經理處理員工考勤

    Assist the HR Manager with staff attendance matters

  • 協助控管整體現場動線、安全與衛生

    Assist in controlling overall site circulation, safety and hygiene

  • 其他項目經理交辦之事項處理

    Handle other tasks assigned by the Project Manager

【任職資格 Requirements】

  • 相關專業學士學位／本科優先

    Bachelor's degree in related field preferred

  • 具有較強的溝通能力及交際技巧；良好的客戶服務意識；有團隊協作精神
