職位空缺 JOB OPENINGS:

HR Officer

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies, manpower planning & channels for our flagship store in Macau;

  • Oversee full cycle recruitment activities and striving to improve the results;

  • Manage new hires, termination, internal transfer related administration and processes.

  • Schedule and attend job/career fairs to generate qualified candidates;

  • Maintain network of contacts to identify potential sources of candidates;

  • Monitor and ensure that the recruitment budget is effectively utilized;

  • Provide administrative support for internal training programs;

  • Coordinate and execute the end-to-end working visa processing of Macau quota and work visa applications for overseas employees, specifically focusing on Mainland Chinese and Japanese;

  • Design, plan and execute staff engagement programs, team-building activities, and cultural integration events to foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment;

  • Evaluate and adjust workflows and procedures to ensure compliance Maintain HR system and proper employee records;

  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties when required by management

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent;

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a supermarket, F&B, FMCG or sizable retail company;

  • Proven expertise in the recruitment industry, with a proven track record from management capacity; Knowledge or experience of Macau payroll processing is a plus;

  • Well versed in Macau Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations;

  • Experience in handling working visa applications;

  • Able to handle large volume headcounts (Around 200 headcounts);

  • Good interpersonal communication skills and meticulous personality;

  • Highly adaptable in a fast-paced working environment;

  • High energy individual who is positive, confident, passionate and flexible with a can-do attitude;

  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy;

  • Self-motivated, fast-learner, proactive and strong time management skills;

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and under tight schedule & pressure;

  • Proficient in MS Office applications with excellent skill using Excel;

  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese (including Mandarin)

  • Permanent resident of the Macau Special Administrative Region or international graduate who is eligible for employment in Macau;

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred

餐廳見習收銀行政主任

職責:

  • 負責餐廳日常收銀,帳務及行政管理

  • 負責賬款核對及每日銷售金額結算準確

  • 核對備存現金記錄以確保現金儲備充足

  • 協助店鋪經理處理一切行政工作,編更安排,輸入更表,核對出勤記錄及假期記錄等

  • 確保同事紀律並遵守現金處理和店鋪守則及程序

  • 確保店鋪清潔及整齊

入職要求:

  • 至少2-3年以上餐飲,收銀及行政管理經驗, 如有日式餐廳經驗更佳

  • 中五或以上

  • 持有澳門居民身份證

  • 熟悉電腦系統和 MS Office (Word and Excel)

  • 熟悉POS收銀系統,信用咭及現金收銀工作程序

  • 有責任心, 對數字敏感, 細心, 團隊合作精神

  • 具備良好組織能力,人際關係及溝通技巧

  • 態度主動積極,獨立,成熟, 處事謹慎工作態度

  • 良好粵語、一般英語及普通話

  • 可接受輪班工作
