Human Resources Officer

Job Descriptions:

Responsible for the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies, manpower planning & channels for our department store and Japanese restaurant in Macau;
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding;
Work closely with stores and restaurant for facilitating and expediting recruitment process by building up a strong candidate pool and smooth operations to achieve business objectives;
Handle and manage the working visa applications;
Handle staff enquires and organize the staff engagement activities;
Prepare various HR reports for management review;
Collaborate with the HR Officer to address staff attendance matters, manage employee relations, and foster a positive workplace culture;
Maintain HR system and proper employee records;
Assist in other ad-hoc duties when required by HR Manager

Job Requirements:

Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
3-4 years of relevant experiences, preferably in a supermarket, F&B, FMCG or sizable retail company;
Well-versed knowledge in Macao Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations;
Experience in handling the working visa applications;
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in HRIS, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Chinese word processing
High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese;
Immediate availability is preferred

負責收銀員編更安排
為現職及新入職收銀員提供培訓
負責店鋪日常收銀程序(處理現金及信用卡交易, 發出收據, 處理退款及折扣事宜)
負責賬款核對及每日銷售金額結算工作
保持收銀台清潔及整齊
提供優質顧客服務

入職要求：

至少3年或以上相關零售收銀主管經驗
中五或以上
持有澳門居民身份證
懂基本電腦操作及熟悉POS收銀系統，信用咭及現金收銀工作程序
良好顧客服務技巧及工作態度
良好粵語、一般英語及普通話
具相關大型零售, 超市收銀主管經驗更佳
經驗豐富者或被考慮聘請為「收銀行政主任」
可接受輪班工作
