Software Engineer / Associate Software Engineer (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for software projects and initiatives, with a focus on system programming.
Investigate and resolve application functionality issues and provide first-line support.
Prepare technical documentation for IT applications, including operational procedures and user guides.
Participate in user requirements gathering and prepare functional and technical specifications.
Follow the software development life cycle in system design, programming, and testing.

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Solid understanding of programming concepts and software development practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Python, with experience in PostgreSQL optimization and XML/XPath-based view customization.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, SCSS, JavaScript, and the Owl Framework.
Knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu), Git workflows, and major database and web development technologies is preferred. Candidates should be able to maintain code quality and work effectively in an agile environment.

Responsibilities:

Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships with existing clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key and target customers.

Requirements:
