4. Project Associate – International Expansion

(Welcome fresh graduate)

Background:

As we embark on our international expansion journey, we seek a passionate and detail-oriented Project Associate and Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in scaling a fast-growing franchise globally.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Assist in developing and executing international expansion strategies for the franchise

🔹 Create and refine marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness in new markets

🔹 Develop educational content, training guides, SOPs and operations manuals for franchisees and teaching staff

🔹 Conduct market research on education trends, curriculum standards, and learning methodologies in different regions

🔹 Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution

🔹 Monitor franchise performance metrics and recommend improvements for teaching quality and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken)

✅ Creative marketing mindset with the ability to craft compelling campaigns

✅ Strong attention to detail in documentation, manuals, and operational processes

✅ Project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently

✅ Experience in education, franchising, or international business is a plus
