Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and finance teams to ensure cost control and data consistency.

Manage supplier delivery schedules and handle related documentation.

Ensure all inventory records are updated in a timely manner and comply with company policies.
入職要求 / Requirements:
無需相關工作經驗,有餐飲控制或會計相關經驗者優先
No prior experience required; experience in F&B control or accounting is an advantage.
熟悉基本電腦操作(如MS Office,尤其是Excel)
Basic computer skills, including MS Office (especially Excel).
具備基礎英語能力
Basic English communication skills.

Greet and welcome guests, handle reservations and inquiries, and ensure an excellent dining experience.
與客人建立良好關係,跟進意見及投訴,提升客戶滿意度
Build and maintain good relationships with guests, follow up on feedback and complaints to enhance satisfaction.
協調前線員工,確保服務流程順暢
Coordinate with front-line staff to ensure smooth service operations.
處理客人賬單及特殊要求
Handle guest billing and special requests.
協助舉辦餐廳特別活動及推廣,與客人保持互動
Assist in organizing special events and promotions, engaging with guests to enhance their experience.
收集、轉入、分析客戶意見,向管理層提供改善建議
Collect, input and analyze guest feedback, providing improvement suggestions to management.
入職要求 / Requirements:
具備1年或以上客戶服務或餐飲經驗者優先
1 year or more of customer service or F&B experience is preferred.
良好中英溝通及人際交往能力,親切有禮
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, friendly and polite.
具備基本英語及普通話溝通能力
Basic proficiency in English and Mandarin for communication.

入職要求 / Requirements:
