西餐廳急聘以下職位：

1. 餐飲控制主任（Food and Beverage Controller）

月薪：$13,000 – $15,000

Monthly Salary: $13,000 – $15,000

主要職責 / Responsibilities:

  • 根據餐廳需求及預算，負責日常食品與飲品的訂貨

    Responsible for placing orders for food and beverages based on restaurant needs and budget.

  • 負責收貨、檢查貨物品質及數量，確保符合標準

    Receive and inspect goods upon delivery to ensure quality and quantity meet standards.

  • 按財務部要求準確記錄所有庫存變動及相關帳目

    Accurately record all inventory movements and related accounts as required by the Finance Department.

  • 監控庫存水平，定期盤點並分析損耗及差異

    Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock takes, and analyze wastage and discrepancies.

  • 與廚房、酒吧及財務部協調，確保成本控制及數據一致

    Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and finance teams to ensure cost control and data consistency.

  • 管理供應商交貨安排及處理相關文件

    Manage supplier delivery schedules and handle related documentation.

  • 確保所有存貨記錄及時更新，並符合公司政策

    Ensure all inventory records are updated in a timely manner and comply with company policies.

入職要求 / Requirements:

  • 無需相關工作經驗，有餐飲控制或會計相關經驗者優先

    No prior experience required; experience in F&B control or accounting is an advantage.

  • 熟悉基本電腦操作（如MS Office，尤其是Excel）

    Basic computer skills, including MS Office (especially Excel).

  • 具備基礎英語能力

    Basic English communication skills.

  • 能即時上班者優先考慮

    Immediate availability preferred.

主要職責 / Responsibilities:

  • 負責接待客人，處理訂座及查詢，提供優質餐飲體驗

  • Greet and welcome guests, handle reservations and inquiries, and ensure an excellent dining experience.

  • 與客人建立良好關係，跟進意見及投訴，提升客戶滿意度

    Build and maintain good relationships with guests, follow up on feedback and complaints to enhance satisfaction.

  • 協調前線員工，確保服務流程順暢

    Coordinate with front-line staff to ensure smooth service operations.

  • 處理客人賬單及特殊要求

    Handle guest billing and special requests.

  • 協助舉辦餐廳特別活動及推廣，與客人保持互動

    Assist in organizing special events and promotions, engaging with guests to enhance their experience.

  • 收集、轉入、分析客戶意見，向管理層提供改善建議

    Collect, input and analyze guest feedback, providing improvement suggestions to management.

入職要求 / Requirements:

  • 具備1年或以上客戶服務或餐飲經驗者優先

    1 year or more of customer service or F&B experience is preferred.

  • 良好中英溝通及人際交往能力，親切有禮

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, friendly and polite.

  • 具備基本英語及普通話溝通能力

    Basic proficiency in English and Mandarin for communication.

  • 懂操作基本電腦系統（如POS、訂座系統）

    Familiarity with basic computer systems (e.g., POS, reservation systems).

入職要求 / Requirements:

  • 具備3年或以上餐飲銷售或相關經驗，其中有管理經驗者優先

    3 years or more of F&B sales or related experience, with managerial experience preferred.

  • 熟悉本地餐飲市場及客戶網絡

    Familiar with the local F&B market and customer network.

  • 卓越的溝通、談判及人際交往能力

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • 具備良好的中英文口語及書寫能力

    Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

  • 主動積極，能夠獨立工作並帶領團隊達成目標

    Self-motivated, able to work independently and lead the team to achieve goals.

  • 熟練使用MS Office（尤其Excel及PowerPoint）
