Delivering the project in line with scope, time, quality and budget constraints
Professionally managing projects to agreed brief/objectives with client and project teams
Assist and report to PM
Documentation & Submissions to Consultant / Client
Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact the schedule and/or client relations
Requirements:
Degree / Higher Diploma in Project Management or Building or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out
Basic Autocad knowledge
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent Mandarin is required

Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitoring, tracking, advising and supervising the complete process of project execution
Advise on procurement strategy
Identify, analysis and develop responses to project risks
Complying with building regulations and company health and safety policy
Monitoring sub-contractors, safety practices, construction progress and material needs with regard to delivery of project on time, to the quality and within budget
Requirements
Degree holder in Engineering or Construction discipline
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
Strong communication skill of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Knowledge and awareness of Hong Kong Standard Form of Building Contract, deliverables, rights and obligations
Analytical thinking and problem-solving
Proficient in MS Office, Chinese and English Word Processing and MS Project applications
