Operation Manager

Responsibilities

  • Oversee construction and installation of new advertising structures (e.g., billboards, street furniture)

  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and government authorities to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure successful completion

  • Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly

  • Team Leadership

    • Lead and motivate posting crews and maintenance staff

    • Schedule work shifts and allocate resources effectivel

    • Train team members on safety and operational procedures

  • Compliance & Standards

    • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and contractual obligations

    • Liaise with government bodies for permits and compliance

  • Reporting

    • Maintain accurate records of installations and repairs

  • Coordination

    • Communicate with vendors and partners for smooth operations

Requirements

  • High school diploma is required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field is preferred

  • 2 - 4 years in operations or supervisory roles, ideally in outdoor advertising or media

  • Proven solid experience in maintenance and construction management

  • Familiar with Macau Government Department Operation will be an advantage

Skills

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems.

  • Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese

General Manager

Responsibilities

  • Advertising Sales

    • Achieve or exceed personal and team annual sales targets

    • Manage and grow key accounts; expand client base

    • Build strong relationships with clients and agencies

    • Develop tailored solutions and monthly sales strategies in collaboration with Marketing

    • Promote service-mindedness, timely response, and competitive drive

  • City Relations

    • Strengthen relationships with government and commercial bodies for advertising concessions

    • Represent the company professionally and dynamically in Macau

  • General Management

    • Submit fortnightly activity reports to the Supervising Director

    • Oversee operations to ensure display cleanliness, maintenance, and accuracy

    • Lead by example, ensuring staff focus and compliance with procedures

    • Collaborate with HK managers on annual staff appraisals and HR recommendations

Requirement

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field

  • Leadership & People Management: Ability to motivate teams, manage performance, and develop talent pipelines

  • Strategic Thinking: Formulating and executing business strategies aligned with organizational goals

  • Financial Acumen: Budgeting, cost control, and profit & loss responsibility

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills for stakeholder engagement and team coordination

  • Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Handling complex challenges and crisis management

  • Digital & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in business software, data analysis, and reporting

  • Customer Orientation: Ensuring customer satisfaction and managing key accounts
