Project and Operation Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Construction and operation Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction and maintenance projects across Macau. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage di erent activities under pressure, including night shifts when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, utility companies, and government departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor construction and maintenance progress, ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Lead in the preparation and submission of work permit applications and follow up with relevant authorities.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones within budget and quality standards.
Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Diploma or above in related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience, preferably in public infrastructure projects.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
Familiarity with excavation permit procedures in Macau is a strong advantage.
Able to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work overnight shifts and during nighttime as required.
Good communication skills in Cantonese and basic proficiency in English or Mandarin.
