職責

Senior Sales Supervisor (1 position)

Salary: $28,000 - $35,000

Responsibility

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets for ethical pharmaceutical products in Macau.
Identify new business opportunities and expand product utilization across public hospitals, private clinics, and specialist centers.
Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular forecasting and reporting to management.
Lead, coach, and supervise team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and professional standards.
Conduct field visits with team members to provide on-the-job training, feedback, and performance evaluation.
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals.
Identify, engage, and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support product advocacy and clinical adoption.
Organize and coordinate medical education events, roundtable meetings, and product symposia.
Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to support brand planning and new product launches.

Requirements

Macau ID holder;
Bachelor’s degree or above in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant sales experience in the ethical/pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or team-leading role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key hospital accounts in Macau healthcare systems.
Experience in oncology, cardiology, CNS, or hospital specialty products is an advantage.
Strong understanding of Macau’s public and private healthcare landscape, including hospital formularies, tendering processes, and prescribing habits.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.

Project Manager (1 position)

Salary: MOP 60,000 - 70,000

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage hospital infrastructure, healthcare facility, and healthcare technology projects from planning to completion.
Develop project plans, manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and project deliverables.
Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, equipment vendors, and government authorities to ensure successful project execution.
Oversee project implementation, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Manage project P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, revenue tracking, and profitability.
Review technical specifications, tender documents, contracts, and project-related documentation.
Provide pre-sales technical support and participate in tender submissions and project proposals.
Prepare project progress reports, financial reports, and management updates.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Service Application Manager (1 position)

Salary: $45,000 - $50,000

Responsibilities

Provide direction, support, and supervision to engineers in delivering customer service, routine preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs on medical equipment across hospital and health centre sites.
Conduct regular performance reviews with engineers to assess service quality, identify gaps, and implement improvement measures—moving beyond a passive "pay-and-monitor" approach.
Maintain strong client relationships through regular site visits to clinical departments, prepare scheduled and ad-hoc reports as requested, and respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Prepare tender documents, conduct tender analysis and bidder interviews, and monitor contractor performance throughout the contract lifecycle
Monitor work progress, prioritize tasks based on equipment risk classification, and ensure timely completion of both emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance.
Maintain accurate service records and project documentation for each medical device, including maintenance logs, repair histories, parts replacement records, and cost data—supporting both audit compliance and cost accounting.
Participate in assigned projects as either Project Leader or team member, particularly for new equipment installation, system upgrades, and handover to maintenance phase.
Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely service delivery, compliance with hospital safety protocols, and quality acceptance of completed work.

Supply Chain Manager (1 position)

Salary: $25,000 - $35,000

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the full spectrum of supply chain operations to ensure seamless daily operations.
Optimize and coordinate the entire logistics cycle—from inbound receiving, warehousing, to outbound delivery to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
Monitor and track key performance indicators including quality, quantity, delivery lead times, transport costs, and overall operational efficiency.
Maintain and strengthen strong, long-term relationships with principals, suppliers and key customers (hospitals, private clinics, retail pharmacies).
Act as the primary escalation point for all supply chain-related matters, ensuring transparent communication with all stakeholders regarding stock availability, delivery schedules, and regulatory changes.
Supervise, coach team to enhance productivity, accuracy, and service excellence.
Proactively resolve any operational issues, delivery discrepancies, or customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management, ideally within the medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
Proven experience managing GDP-compliant warehousing and distribution for temperature-sensitive products is a strong advantage.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
