Senior Sales Supervisor (1 position)
Salary: $28,000 - $35,000
Responsibility
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets for ethical pharmaceutical products in Macau.
Identify new business opportunities and expand product utilization across public hospitals, private clinics, and specialist centers.
Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular forecasting and reporting to management.
Lead, coach, and supervise team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and professional standards.
Conduct field visits with team members to provide on-the-job training, feedback, and performance evaluation.
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals.
Identify, engage, and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support product advocacy and clinical adoption.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage hospital infrastructure, healthcare facility, and healthcare technology projects from planning to completion.
Develop project plans, manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and project deliverables.
Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, equipment vendors, and government authorities to ensure successful project execution.
Oversee project implementation, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Manage project P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, revenue tracking, and profitability.
Review technical specifications, tender documents, contracts, and project-related documentation.

Responsibilities
Provide direction, support, and supervision to engineers in delivering customer service, routine preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs on medical equipment across hospital and health centre sites.
Conduct regular performance reviews with engineers to assess service quality, identify gaps, and implement improvement measures—moving beyond a passive "pay-and-monitor" approach.
Maintain strong client relationships through regular site visits to clinical departments, prepare scheduled and ad-hoc reports as requested, and respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Prepare tender documents, conduct tender analysis and bidder interviews, and monitor contractor performance throughout the contract lifecycle
Monitor work progress, prioritize tasks based on equipment risk classification, and ensure timely completion of both emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance.
