Client Advisor
Job Responsibilities:
Accomplish the daily assigned duties and achieve the sales objective.
Responsible for customer consultation and reception, understanding customer needs, and providing excellent customer service.
Familiar with daily store workflows and operational systems, clarifying sales targets, ensuring personal sales targets are met, and collaborating with the team to complete daily store sales tasks.
Maintain sales records and inventory counts, and assist the store manager in completing various sales data statistics.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, pricing, care instructions, and styling for assigned accessories.
Provide professional customer services and interacts with customer to build strong customer relationships Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Secondary and above
1 year or above experience in retail, watch, or jewelry industries.
Possess excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin.
Macau ID holder is a Must

崗位職責：
完成每日分配的工作任務，達成銷售目標。
負責客戶咨詢與接待工作，深入瞭解客戶需求，並提供卓越的客戶服務體驗。
熟知店鋪日常運營流程與系統操作，明確銷售任務指標，確保個人銷售目標順利達成，並與團隊緊密協作，共同完成店鋪每日銷售任務。
準確記錄銷售數據，定期進行庫存盤點，並協助店鋪經理完成各類銷售數據統計工作。
深入瞭解所負責配飾的產品特性、價格定位、保養方法及搭配技巧。
提供專業且周到的客戶服務，積極與客戶互動，建立穩固的客戶關係，並認真履行其他分配的工作職責。
職位要求：
學歷要求為中等及以上學歷。
具備1年及以上零售、手錶或珠寶行業的工作經驗。
擁有出色的溝通能力、客戶服務技巧及人際交往能力。
精通粵語與普通話口語表達。
