PROJECT ENGINEER
Salary: MOP 22,000–30,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
E&M & Builder Projects | Ref: PE0926
Location: Macau
Employment: Full-time · 6-day work week
We are seeking a capable Project Engineer to support E&M and builder projects in casinos, entertainment complexes and large-scale buildings, from tender preparation through construction, completion and handover.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site inspections for E&M, civil, architectural, renovation, waterproofing and fitting-out works according to client requirements.
Prepare tenders, quotations, cost estimates, technical proposals, drawings, method statements and project submissions.
Assist the Project Manager in planning programmes, manpower, materials, procurement and site activities.
Monitor subcontractors and site progress after project award.
Provide on-site technical coordination and supervision to ensure quality, safety and schedule compliance.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers and site teams, and help resolve technical and site issues.
Prepare progress reports, inspection records, variation records, payment documents and close-out submissions.
Requirements
Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in E&M, Building Services, Civil, Building Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant on-site experience in E&M, builder, renovation or fitting-out projects.
Experience in casino, entertainment complex or large-scale building projects is preferred.
Basic knowledge of tendering, cost estimation, construction drawings, site coordination and project documentation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is preferred.
Fluent Cantonese with good written and spoken Chinese and English; good communication and problem-solving skills.

PROJECT COORDINATOR

We are seeking an organised Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager and engineers in project administration, document control, procurement follow-up and daily coordination for E&M and builder projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager and engineers with project schedules, manpower records and daily coordination.
Prepare and maintain project correspondence, submissions, drawing registers, material records and document logs.
Follow up quotations, purchase orders, material approvals, deliveries and subcontractor information.
Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes and track outstanding actions with clients, suppliers and site teams.
Compile progress photos, site records, inspection forms, variation records and payment-supporting documents.
Help prepare tender and project documents in English and Chinese.
Maintain accurate electronic and hard-copy filing and provide general administrative support to the project team.
Requirements
Diploma or Higher Diploma in Engineering, Construction, Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred.
At least 1 year of project coordination, site administration or document-control experience is preferred; fresh graduates may be considered.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
Able to organise records, follow up tasks and work carefully under deadlines.
Fluent Cantonese with good written Chinese and basic working English.
Responsible, proactive and able to communicate with office and site personnel.
