PROJECT MANAGER
E&M & Builder Projects | Ref: PM0826
Salary: MOP 35,000–45,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
Location: Macau
Employment: Full-time · 6-day work week
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead E&M and builder projects in casinos, entertainment complexes and large-scale buildings—from tender preparation through construction, completion and handover.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage E&M, builder, renovation and fitting-out projects from tender stage through completion and handover.
Plan project scope, programme, resources, procurement, budget and cash-flow requirements.
Review tenders, quotations, technical proposals, drawings, method statements and project submissions prepared by the project team.
Manage Project Engineers, site staff, contractors and sub-contractors; assign duties and monitor performance.
Conduct site inspections for E&M, civil, architectural, renovation, waterproofing and fitting-out works according to client requirements.
Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, cost and schedule; implement corrective actions when required.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers and stakeholders, and resolve technical and site issues promptly.
Prepare and review progress reports, variation claims, payment applications, project records and close-out documents.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in E&M, Building Services, Civil, Building Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant project experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or project management role.
Experience in E&M and builder works for casinos, entertainment complexes or large-scale buildings is preferred.
Knowledge of tendering, cost control, programme management, builder works, site coordination and contract administration.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of MS Project is preferred.
Fluent Cantonese and good written and spoken Chinese and English.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and client-management skills.

We are seeking a capable Project Engineer to support E&M and builder projects in casinos, entertainment complexes and large-scale buildings—from tender preparation through construction, completion and handover.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site inspections for E&M, civil, architectural, renovation, waterproofing and fitting-out works according to client requirements.
Prepare tenders, quotations, cost estimates, technical proposals, drawings, method statements and project submissions.
Assist the Project Manager in planning project programmes, manpower, materials, procurement and site activities.
Oversee contractors’ and sub-contractors’ construction progress after project award.
Provide on-site technical coordination and supervision to ensure quality, safety and compliance with the project schedule.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers and site teams, and assist in resolving technical and site issues.
Collect and incorporate technical feedback from clients, contractors and the site team.
Prepare progress reports, inspection records, variation records, payment documents and project close-out submissions.
Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant on-site experience in E&M, builder, renovation or fitting-out projects.
Experience in casino, entertainment complex or large-scale building projects is preferred.
Basic knowledge of tendering, cost estimation, construction drawings, site coordination and project documentation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is preferred.
Fluent Cantonese with good written and spoken Chinese and English.
Good communication, coordination, problem-solving and time-management skills.

主要工作
