Senior Housekeeping Manager 高級管家經理

Bachelor's degree or above in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 8 years of experience in hotel housekeeping, with at least 5 years in a managerial role

The Senior Housekeeping Manager directs all housekeeping operations, from budget planning and standard-setting to team leadership and cross-departmental coordination. This role ensures strict compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards, while driving periodic facility maintenance and renovation projects. By leveraging data insights, the manager continuously enhances operational efficiency and guest satisfaction, upholding the hotel's brand excellence at every level.

Diploma / Degree or above in Hotel Management or related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel housekeeping, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role or above.
至少 3-5 年酒店客房部經驗，其中 1-2 年擔任主管或以上職位
The Housekeeper supervises daily floor services, public area cleaning, and linen room operations—overseeing team scheduling, work quality, and inventory cost control to maintain cleanliness standards. This role conducts regular inspections, resolves guest complaints and special requests promptly, and collaborates with other departments to ensure seamless housekeeping services that uphold the hotel's brand excellence. Experience in uniform and linen management is highly preferred.
監督樓層服務、公共區域清潔及布草房的日常運作，統籌團隊排班、工作品質及庫存成本控制，以維持清潔標準。此職位定期巡查設施，即時處理客人投訴及特殊需求，並與酒店各部門等部門協作，確保客房服務順暢無縫，維護酒店的品牌卓越水準。具制服及布草管理實際經驗者將獲優先考慮。
Multi Media Design Assistant 多媒體設計助理
Monthly salary 月薪：MOP 13,800 and up
Provide various types of graphic design for online and offline promotional materials (including posters, menus, social media, websites, etc.)
為線上和線下宣傳資料提供各類型平面設計（包括海報、餐單、社交媒體、網站等）。
Solid understanding of printing workflows and artwork requirements, capable of preparing print-ready files and managing the full submission process with accuracy.

Proficient in using relevant software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.
