Our group is an interior design, management and construction company focusing on the hospitality, retail and commercial projects within restaurants, hotels, malls and casinos. We are looking for interested participants with passion and eager to learn, co-ordinate, team-manage to achieve our designated goals and development in Macau.

1. Project Manager

Role of responsibilities:

  • Lead the teamwork, conscientious and hard-working;

  • Able to manage on site related matters including documentation and follow up actions with the client for technical submissions for example program and resources management work; and

  • Lead the team for material, shop drawing and handle method statement submission.

Requirements:

  • High Diploma or Certificate academic background in related disciplines;

  • Over 4 years experience in construction or fitting out industries;

  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Office / Microsoft Project;

  • Prefer to Macau ID Holder & immediately available; and

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager.

2. MEP Coordinator

Role of responsibilities:

  • Capable of handling MEP / building services integration matters;

  • Coordinate with fit out work for the associated MEP issues;

  • Self-motivated with good working attitude and able to work under pressure; and

  • Hardworking and sense of responsibility;

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Certificate in Building Services or Electrical Engineering;

  • At least 4 years experience in BS site installation and coordination for construction / renovation projects;

  • Computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel and AutoCAD;

  • Reasonable spoken and written in English and Chinese;

  • Holder of Macau ID; and

  • Candidate with less experience and qualification will be considered as Assistant MEP Coordinator;

3. Senior Quantity Surveyor

Role of responsibilities:

  • Handling tender, administration issues Subletting, and contract matters;

  • Able to handle measurement from drawings and to quote pricing;

  • Capable of managing payments and cost reporting

  • Initiative, independent and responsive

  • Able to handle material selection submission and purchasing;

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Quantity Surveying or appropriate academic background in related disciplines

  • Over 3 years in related working experience is an advantage;

  • Well organized, self-initiative and with good communication skills;

  • Hardworking and able to work under pressure;

  • Good computer skills on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS project;

  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua;

  • Prefer to Macau ID Holder & immediately available; and

  • Candidate with less experience and qualification will be considered as Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor

4. Interior Designer

Role of responsibilities:

  • Assist in construction / shop drawing submissions;

  • Aggressive, hardworking and able to work under pressure;

  • Able to attend meeting with owner and consultants with checklist and tracking record to approval;

Requirements:

  • Over two years experience in interior designs;

  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua;

  • Prefer to Macau ID Holder & immediately available; and

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Interior Designer.

5. Purchasing Officer

Role of responsibilities:

  • Researching potential vendors;

  • Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers;

  • Negotiating contract terms for agreement and pricing;

  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery;

  • Review quality of purchasing products and;

  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration or appropriate academic background in related disciplines with one - two years experience;

  • Well organized, self-initiative and with good communication skills;

  • Good Computer skills on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua;

  • Prefer to Macau ID Holder & immediately available;

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Purchasing Officer.

6. 行政文員

負責:

  • 處理辦公室日常事務;

  • 恆常行政文書,文書資料處理及歸檔工作等;

  • 公司物資及設備訂購;

  • 跟進宿舍事務及公司車位租約;

  • 外出遞交文件/政府文件;

  • 接待客人。

要求:

  • 需持有澳門居民身份證;

  • 具大學程度;

  • 流利廣東話、良好英語及普通話;

  • 良好中英文書寫及閱讀能力;

  • 良好溝通;

  • 熟識電腦操作及文書處理;

  • 有相關工作經驗者及可即時上班者優先。

7. 防水技工

要求:

  • 需持有澳門居民身份證;

  • 中學程度或相關專業證書;

  • 良好書寫及閱讀能力;

  • 良好的溝通能力;

  • 需懂看設計 / 施工圖紙;

  • 需具 1 年相關工作經驗。

8. 油漆技工

要求:

  • 需持有澳門居民身份證;

  • 中學程度或相關專業證書;

  • 良好書寫及閱讀能力;

  • 良好的溝通能力;

  • 需懂看設計 / 施工圖紙;

  • 需具 2 年相關工作經驗。
