Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with business goals and member needs.
Drive differentiation, quality, and value across food categories.
2. Financial Management
Own the P&L for food categories.
Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and ensure alignment with company targets.
3. Business Development & Innovation
Lead cross-functional initiatives to explore new business models, partnerships, or M&A opportunities.
Evaluate supplier business models and drive high-return projects.
4. Category & Supply Chain Management
Optimize procurement processes for efficiency and responsiveness.
Build and maintain a robust supplier ecosystem for food categories.
5. Team Leadership & Talent Development
Identify capability gaps and drive talent development and succession planning.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on learning and results.
6. Compliance & Ethics
Promote company standards of integrity and ethics.
Establish mechanisms to address violations and ensure procurement compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Trade, Food Science, or related fields.
Minimum 6 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in food category management.
Strong understanding of membership-based retail models and customer-first mindset.
Fluent in English; capable of working in a cross-cultural environment.
Strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and negotiation skills.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Involve Sanmiu stocktake activities such as inventory counting, verification & documentation that covering around 21 stores and 2 warehouses, including fresh produce, grocery items, and production centers items.
Socialize the stocktaker/ helpers from store or office for the stocktake procedure on ground
Analyze the findings of the stocktake report
Formulate the recommendation and implement the actions plan with store ops team
Requirement:
3 years experience in retail operations or warehouse inventory management, supervisory experience is a plus
Computer literacy in Microsoft series, especially Excel, and inventory systems
Strong attention to details and numerical accuracy
Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting and moving stock.
