1. 多元銷售渠道項目專員

職責:

  • 負責協助部門為多元業務合作伙伴定制各類業務和服務支援方案,並負責項目實施落地和監督評 估等。

  • 負責編寫部門定期業務報告和管理報告。

2. Senior Manger / Deputy Head of IT

Job Description:

  • Lead different technical projects such as Microsoft Exchange and AD setup and migration.

  • Drive the system integration vendors to deliver the projects on schedule and within budget.

  • Provide on-going administration and technical support on Microsoft Exchange and AD.

  • Support other project managers to deliver IT infrastructure related projects such as data center relocation, VM infrastructure setup, VDI and IP phone system setup.

  • Provide technical advices and consultancy in various subject matters in IT infrastructure.

  • Provide training and skill transfer to team members in technical areas.

Responsibilities:

Job Description:

  • Gather and confirm the business requirements from business units and coordinate with internal and external IT solution providers.

Responsibilities:

The Project Technical Lead will assist the Project Manager with direct oversight of day to day activity for the project. The Technical Lead will handle the daily coordination and scheduling of the application testing,packaging, and the deployment of PC systems.

Requirements:

  • IT Support or IT Project supervision or management experience required

  • IT experience required

  • CompTIA A+ or Network+ Certification preferred, but not required

  • Microsoft certification is preferable, but not required

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel,Microsoft Office 365

  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to change quickly

5. Desktop Support Specialist - Technician 電腦支援技術員

Responsibilities:

The Desktop Technician will assist with the delivery, setup, and migration of files and settings. To ensure that all of the applications, configuration settings, and peripherals that the team member needs are installed and working properly. Should any issues arise, the Desktop Technician will be required to stop and provide the feedback to the technical lead so that appropriate remediation can be applied.

Requirements:

  • Desktop Support Experience required

  • CompTIA A+ Certification required

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 is required

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft BitLocker encryption and MBAM key management

6. Application Install Packaging Specialist 應用安裝技術員

Responsibilities:

The Application Packager will work with the technical lead to identify the applications required for packaging and then work with internal teams to locate the installation files and begin the packaging process. Based on testing and feedback, application packages may need to be revisited and adjusted in order to address any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • IT experience required

  • Packaging application installs with PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit experience required
