營運總監

工作職責：

• 戰略規劃與執行：

  • 制定年度、月度銷售目標與預算，並規劃相應的銷售促銷計劃以確保目標達成。

  • 深入分析市場動態、競爭對手及消費趨勢，識別增長機會並制定相應行動計畫。

• 門店營運管理與績效提升：

  • 全面監督各門店日常營運，確保服務、視覺陳列等均符合頂級奢侈品標準。

  • 管理健康的庫存水平，優化商品組合以匹配市場需求，確保庫存流轉效率。

  • 設定並監控關鍵績效指標（銷售額、利潤率、轉化率、客單價、客戶滿意度等），定期進行營運數據分析，並採取有效措施推動業績持續增長。

  • 與集團總部保持緊密溝通，優化貨品組合、庫存流轉及訂貨策略。

• 團隊領導與人才發展：

  • 招募、培訓並激勵一支高素質的門店管理及前線銷售團隊，營造追求卓越、協作共進的文化氛圍。

  • 建立系統化培訓體系，提升團隊在產品知識、銷售技巧、客戶服務及奢侈品行業禮儀方面的專業水準。

  • 實施績效管理，識別並培養高潛力人才，建立穩健的人才梯隊。

• 高端客戶關係管理 (VIP CRM)：

  • 制定深度維護 VIP 客戶的策略，提升高淨值客戶的忠誠度與復購率。

  • 親自參與重要客戶的維繫與拓展，處理複雜客戶諮詢與訴求，確保客戶擁有無與倫比的尊享體驗。

• 行政與法規合規：

  • 作為店舖與品牌總部（香港）的橋樑，執行總部方針。

  • 確保所有店舖遵守公司的作業程序 (SOP) 和合規要求。

任職要求：

• 教育背景： 本科及以上學歷，市場行銷、工商管理或相關專業優先。

• 工作經驗： 8年以上高端零售管理行業經驗，其中至少3年專注於奢侈品、高端零售或高端生活方式品牌的多店運營管理經驗，必須在澳門或大中華地區有深厚積累。

• 商業敏銳度： 對奢侈品市場有深刻洞見，能迅速將分析轉化為盈利策略。

• 卓越領導力： 具備出色的團隊激勵、溝通及跨文化管理能力，能夠凝聚並引領多元團隊。

• 客戶中心思維： 深入理解高端客群需求，以工匠精神雕琢服務細節。

• 結果導向： 在高壓環境下，依然具備強大的問題解決能力與達成目標的魄力。

商品部文員

商品部文員主要負責商品數據管理、庫存監控及協調溝通工作，以下是主要職責：

1. 商品數據管理

• 統計和分析銷售數據，包括庫存狀態、暢銷品與滯銷品分析，並製作庫存報表。

• 跟蹤貨品在途情況，處理退換貨及品質糾紛。

2. 庫存與採購

• 根據銷售數據制定補貨計畫，協調供應商發貨及門店調撥。

• 操作系統完成出入庫登記、貨品編碼及系統單據等處理。

3. 協調與支持

• 協助公司運營部經理處理日常事務，包括各類數據分析，完成臨時性任務，如樣品整理、盤點及系統維護等。

4. 商品價格維護

任職要求：

• 大專及以上學歷，熟悉辦公軟體操作及數據分析。

• 需具備團隊協作能力、責任心及基礎統計知識。

• 相關工作經驗1年以上。

About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Client Advisor at Celine, a leading luxury fashion and accessories brand. In this full-time role based in Macau, you will play a pivotal part in delivering an exceptional in-store experience for our discerning clientele.

What you'll be doing

• Provide world-class customer service by attending to client needs with the utmost care and attention

• Share your in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions

• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising to the highest standards

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

• Contribute to inventory management and stock replenishment

• Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and collective sales targets

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 year of experience in a customer-facing retail role, ideally within the luxury or fashion industry

• Provide excellent customer service and support the sales
