Performs preventive and corrective maintenance actions for I.T. systems directly maintained by AOD;
Contribute to airport IT projects by clarifying user requirements, turning requirements into feasible technical solutions, coordinating, testing activities, and preparing/reviewing project documentation;
Work in tandem with vendors to handle am array of issues pertaining to airport IT systems, and conduct regular security assessments, including diverse types of testing;
Maintain up-to-date system documentation, network diagrams, system inventory, etc;
Monitor, analyze, and manage the organization's network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, and data network switches;
Implement and manage network security policies, protocols, and controls to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and cyber threats;
Respond to network security incidents, including investigation, containment, and recovery.
Capable to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize the organization's exposure to cyber risks;
Supervise the maintenance service contractor's work to ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements;
Offer professional engineering evaluations of various types of documentation, including technical management materials such as network diagrams, configuration records, operation manuals, and maintenance procedures. This ensures that stakeholders and new technical personnel receive information that is accurate, clear and user-friendly;
Conduct regular audits and assessments of the maintenance service contractor's performance and deliverables;
Ensure the maintenance service contractor adheres to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or other equivalent disciplines;
Minimum 1 year but preferably 2–3 years of relevant experience in IT system or network infrastructure support, system maintenance, or related technical roles in an enterprise environment;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate IT system security risks;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external providers;
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
Proficiency in English and Chinese.
