Responsibilities
Build up and maintain relationship with customers in the local market.
Handle daily cargo sales and reservation.
Be responsible for export/import airline operation.
Coordinate with relevant internal/external parties. (e.g. Head office, Port Authorities, CAA, etc.)
ULD and accessories stock control and management.
Perform related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Excellent multitasking, communication and coordination skills.
Quick reaction, problem solver and team player.
Can work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends and days off.
Be flexible to work additional hours on short notice when required.
Possess the legal right to work in Macau.
Preferred
Familiar with local market and air cargo sales.
Cargo export/import operation experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Education
Bachelor’s degree and above or equivalent.
Work Experience
Minimum two years’ cargo related experience.
Language Requirements
English: proficient.
Chinese: proficient.
Cantonese: proficient.
Licenses and Certification
Driving license for Category B (Automóveis ligeiros).

Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor on-site situation and performance.
Conduct training/audit programs in line with Company policies.
Handle irregularities and complaints occurring from handling process.
Report non-compliances and suggest corrective methods.
Manage and control operating resources.
Review and analyze station operation costs.
Ensure sufficient and adequate on-site staffing.
Assist with station’s general affairs and administration duties.
Achieve Company goals and collaborate seamlessly with team.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Have excellent multitasking and communication skills.
Be able to work under stress and keep calm when emergencies and unexpected situations occur.
Be meticulous and attentive to details.
Can react quickly and solve difficult problems.
Be able to work independently and in a team environment.
Can work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends and days off.
Be flexible to work additional hours on short notice when operationally required.
Be able to travel to other work locations or cities as necessary to support operations.
Possess the legal right to work in Macau.
Preferred
Possess airside/landside working knowledge and is familiar with operational systems of Amadeus Altéa Suite: CM, FM, ARD Web and WorldTracer, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
Education
Bachelor's degree and above.
Work Experience
Minimum two years in the aviation industry. Experience in airport passenger or ground handling a plus.
Language Requirements
Good command of Chinese, the local official language and local dialect.
Proficient in English.
Licenses and Certification
Relevant licenses and aviation certification are beneficial, such as Dangerous Goods and SMS.
