Job Description:
Coordinates, as instructed, the progress of the contracted services and works in terms of quality, schedule and cost, assessing the related payments and reporting on the overall evolution;
Assists in examine received proposals regarding addition, alteration, repair/maintenance in MIA and prepare recommendations for decision;
Assists in coordinating with the future users and the airport operators the preparation of the technical specifications and other tender documents to contract the required design or construction works, coordinating the evaluation works and preparing the proposal and contractual documents for adjudication.
Assists the superior in any specific matter as required.
Requirements:
University Graduate, major in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent degrees;
At least 3 years of engineering working experience;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
Interpersonal Skills, knowledge in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD;
Engineering Training.
