Job Responsibilities
Responsible for performing industry and company research, financial analysis, due diligence, financial modelling and valuation activities.
Preparing investment recommendation memorandums and other supporting analysis materials to the investment committee.

Job Requirements

We seek a detail-oriented Fund Operations Associate based in Macau. The primary responsibility is to lead daily operations for the investment vehicles managed by the firm. Job Responsibilities
Manage daily fund operations and reporting, including reconciliations for trades, positions, cash, subscriptions/redemptions, NAV calculations and reconciliations, capital calls, distributions, and cash management.
Support oversight of fund lifecycle activities from product launch to termination, ensuring compliance with legal agreements.
Process and validate NAV calculations, financial statements, and investor reports prepared by fund administrators.
Coordinate with third-party service providers (custodians, auditors, transfer agents, fund administrators) to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes.
Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders to address registration, audits, and ad hoc reporting requirements.

Help achieve overall operational objectives by contributing sales and marketing information and performance

Job Responsibilities:
To be responsible for the proper running of the lounges of the company
To plan, organize and manage operational functions in an effective and economical manner

Job Responsibilities:
Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times
Ensures guests are provided with professional and courteous services according to PPL standard
Greeting the lounge guests upon arrivals, performs effective and efficient check-ins at the reception, farewell warmly as they leave
Coordinating with airlines, ground handlers and other airport departments that provides accurate information to the lounge guests promptly.
Preparing the VIP room by referring the reservation confirmation and assist the guests needs
Conducting feedback forms from the lounge guests daily, reports and solves the problem or complaint to minimize the negative issue
Patrolling the lounge and VIP rooms daily to ensure all the items and facilities are tidy and functioning well.
Updating the lounge food and beverage menu.
To undertake any other reasonable assignment by the superior, as and when required
Job Requirements:
High school graduated or above
Relevant experiences in hotel or catering is an advantage
