1. 項目助理

職位概述:

協助項目負責人執行跨國協調工作。此職位需要良好的英語溝通能力、高度自我驅動力及批判性思考能力,能主動推動專案在不同團隊、供應商與時區間持續前進。本職位以澳門為工作基地,需配合往返中國及美國出差。

主要職責:

1. 溝通、文件與系統管理

  • 參與線上會議(Microsoft Teams),並整理會議紀錄與行動清單

  • 協助製作與維護 SOP、專案進度報告與 Punch List

2. 商務支援與跟進

3. 市場與品牌支援

  • 將不同來源資料標準化,建立統一格式

  • 協助與海外團隊(特別是中國供應鏈)溝通與協調

  • 支援內部報表、進度追蹤及流程優化

任職要求:

  • 英語流利(書面與口語,能參與會議)

  • 能自在參與線上會議並清楚表達

  • 熟悉 Microsoft Teams、Outlook、Word、Excel、PowerPoint

  • 能使用 AI 工具(如 ChatGPT, Gemini)協助文件撰寫與分析

  • 具備良好的組織能力與追蹤執行力

  • 能獨立作業並主動推動專案進度

  • 可配合頻繁往返中國與美國出差

NOC Specialist 網絡中心運作維護專員

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 7x24 alarm monitoring for the networks

GENERAL MANAGER

EXPERIENCE

  • Strong career progression with previous experience in a Restaurant Management role.

  • In-depth knowledge of service, hospitality, food and beverage.

  • Experience with team training and development and leading large teams.
